The cancelation process was good cause…
The cancelation process was good cause I canceled before the free trial ended. They did make that easy. I signed up on the 15th and canceled the 17th. With no hassle from max beauty!

Customer Support Service
I contacted the support center and requested that the subscription be canceled and a refund be issued. I immediately received a response and was advised that my subscription was canceled and I was issued a full refund.

Cool company
Well, I ended up canceling my subscription overall, but I didn’t realize that after the free trial I was still being charged. I reached out asking for my account to be canceled and for a refund, and it was so easy, I got help from a few individuals and they were all caring and understanding. it’s a really cool company and really cool. People will work for it, I just didn’t have a need for the Services.

Patrick's response was stellar
Patrick successfully cancelled my future subscription based on the information Dean asked for in the previous email. Patrick also answered my question on the deadline I had to access to my platform. As a bonus he also attached a pdf file with a summary of what my subscription included to make it easier to navigate my platform.

sin resolver problema de traducción de videos
Me parecieron interesantes los contenidos y la estructura de los temas y muy profesionales, pero me pareció fatal todos los videos en inglés y , en mi caso en particular, le daba a "ayuda" por si tenía que ver con la configuración y en ningún momento contactaron conmigo para resolver para que en los videos apareciera escritos en español. Estuve pagando tres meses y me cansé de intentar traducirlos.
De vergüenza cómo es que acompañan una direccion de correo del soporte informático que no dejaba entrar y cómo después de darme de baja dice que en cursos se selecciona el idioma y los vídeos aparecen transcritos en español...el idioma estaba seleccionado, y no había transcripción y correo no dejaba enlazar( comentario hecho hoy 9/11/2025 a la respuesta que aparece de la empresa )

Back in August, I clicked on an add, did the old person thing and subscribed without realizing it. When I was charged a renewed subscription fee, I reach out. They were super friendly and worked with me to find a solution that worked for me.

Great service offering and support team.
I signed up because the service they were provided appealed to me — taking the guesswork out of skincare and doing away with half used skin care products because these did not work well with the other products.
I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the team. The support teams for other apps whether mobile or on the web, product or service offering are often unreachable. They replied quickly and resolved my concern immediately. I wish them continued success.

When I signed up
When I signed up, it was because I enjoyed the questionnaire provided. After that, signing in was okay expecting to get the needed item or product for my eye bag. I did not expect it was courses that involved so many lessons and videos to watch which I don’t have time. Sorry for that, I needed to cancel. Thank you.
