I took my car to the garage for it…

I took my car to the garage for it annual service was charge close to £ 800 witch I was shocked at the price they charge me but no problem . I at the same time to a check my brakes on back when I collected my car, the receptionist told me that the car needed back brake pads and discs and gave me a quote for another 750 pounds. I took the car to another garage to have it checked because I wasn’t happy with their quote and the price the guy looks at the brakes and discs at New garage and said there was nothing wrong with them and they didn’t need changing. I confronted them at the garage. They completely utterly tried to take advantage of me and fit parts in my car that was needed I don’t think they checked the brake brakes. I don’t think they did their job properly and then they tried to charge me 750 pound for a job that never needed to be done. I would never use them again. I’ve used them for 10 years . I am disgusted and appalled at the service and would recommend that you avoid this garage as they charges are extortionate and they trying to charge you for work. They’re on your car that does not need doing.

Receptionist is a dragon

Receptionist is a dragon. I can only assume she is a member of the family - otherwise Im sure she would have been sacked years ago. Ive spoken to the owner before - he is lovely. Unfortunately she lets the whole garage down.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, reliable, honest, professional, and good value. They were very helpful with any questions we had and we really felt that they went above and beyond to carry out the job in a very safe and responsible way. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Superb service

I have trusted the Marlow Garage with my cars for the last 10 years and always received first class, honest, reliable service. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.
