UPDATE. Still have not replied to 11 emails. After a month mr or mrs ALI sent a fraudulent delivery notice that the postoffice said was not connected to my address or theirs. This is/was an online scam site. Luckily I paid by credit card and have a temp reimbursement while they are investigated. I see a few others have now had the same problem and now they have "closed our doors" Also be aware they traid under at least two other sites and have now changed their names. I hope karma catches up with the Ali family.
Worst experience I've ever had! Didn't even receive the product
If I could give Eco Glider negative stars I would, I never write reviews but after the experience here I had I to just so others don't make the same mistake! I ordered a ENGWE M20 from the site, only for them to come back to me, after a solid 4 days of no response and taking my money, saying they didn't have the double battery version originally ordered. It gets worse! They then said they have a one battery version they could send me, with a spare battery and a refund of £30 pound to make up for it. I agreed, as I needed the bike ASAP! Bearing in mind during this the response to my emails was little to none, waiting for days to hear back and whenever I heard back from them it was nothing but bad news, delays and empty promises. Weeks later I'm still waiting for a bike, and somehow they manage to loose the bike as well! Then getting a refund was a nightmare as well I won't even get started on that! So after weeks of waiting, stressing and money loss there was nothing to show for it. This company is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and not to be trusted with your money. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from Eco Glider UK

This is a scam. For your money, stay away from it.
I placed order #1045 on July 3rd, and they didn't ship it. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused to respond.
To date, I have not received my refund.
I want my money back.

Avoid at all costs – worst online purchase experience ever
Ordered and paid for an Engwe bike showing in stock with 5–7 day delivery, only to be told days later it was out of stock. They first offered a 40% discount for a 2-week delay, then changed it to £40 the next day. After agreeing, I was later told delivery would actually be 45 working days with no firm date. When I requested a refund, they tried to charge 10% (£150) despite it being their failure, and only after arguing did they “agree” to refund. Two weeks on, still no refund, so I’ve had to raise a dispute with my card issuer. Communication is poor, replies come from one person (“Emma”), and the whole process feels unprofessional and misleading.

£700 electric scooter literally fell…
£700 electric scooter literally fell apart after the second day of using (the bolt at the bottom of the headset must’ve fallen out so headset came apart). Contacted customer service who initially came back to me asking for pictures which I sent via email but heard nothing else from them. I eventually found a replacement bolt and managed to make the scooter usable although there was quite a bit of excessive movement in the headset bearings which couldn’t be adjusted. Whilst repairing this problem I found that the little adjustment push pin for the height of the handlebars was poor quality and would stick inside the hollow tube not allowing the handlebar height to lock in place. I did start a fresh email chain with customer service thinking maybe they had missed my original reply but heard nothing from them. Overall, customer service is shit and scooter is poorly put together.
SCAMMED
Ordered the Engwe M20 as it was “in stock” 3-7 day delivery. He took my money £980.00 and has ignored 7 emails asking for a delivery update. They clearly state all emails answered within 24 hours and how important the customer is to him.
Two weeks later, no contact, no bike no money. Now in the hands of the credit card fraud office…….. my polite version of events!

I must say the quality of the bike is fantastic. Also the price was amazing.£500 less than other companies.
Ridstar Q20 Pro
Ordered a new Ridstar Q20 Pro at a great price. There was a small problem with a front indicator, but contacted customer support and it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Awful retailer
Awful retailer. Avoid with all costs. Returns policy will effectively mean you will lose money for changing your mind on a product. Don't think they will last long as a retailer with their lack of customer care.

No way of calling this company they do not possess a telephone number. Emailed query to their email address regarding my £3k order, no reply. Still waiting weeks later....extremely disappointing service considering the very large amount of money I have paid.
