Thank you!

Just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ to the team at The Lost Socket. I was visiting Warwick at the weekend when my car started making an awful rattling noise. It was the exhaust heat shield that had come loose. Unfortunately they couldn’t get hold of the clips to fix it before they closed on Saturday afternoon but they very kindly secured it so I could drive the 140 miles back home on Sunday. Thank you! I am really grateful for all your help. If you live in the local area or ever find yourself in need of a garage when visiting - I would definitely recommend contacting The Lost Socket.

Good communication and straight forward servicing

Of all the garages I asked about servicing and completing an MOT on my car, this was the only one that provided a written quotation in advance. We had a straightforward conversation about what to actually do in terms of servicing work (low mileage car) and there were no surprise 'extras' on the day.

Very flexible, accommodating customer service

Available for an MOT with less than 1 weeks notice. Subsequently very flexible and accommodating for rescheduling my MOT for the following day without any qualms. I have used The Lost Socket several times now for various things, and have never been able to fault their customer service

Perfect Customer Service

The phone was picked up quickly, they were able to assist me very punctually they were really nice and courteous. Getting anything done on my car can be quite a stressful thing but these guys made it an enjoyable experience.

I have used The Lost Socket twice now…

I have used The Lost Socket twice now and both times I was really impressed. They are professional and friendly. They explained the issues with my car and what their recommendations were clearly and honestly. Very good value for money as well. Overall I would highly recommend them.
