5*. Would give more if I could.

Had a Ford Focus that initially needed a clutch, but turned out needed a gearbox too. These guys sourced one, fitted and now is all working perfectly. All in under 3 days. Couldn't fault them at all. Definitely recommend. Thank you all once again.

Top customer service

The customer service at The Lost Socket is superb, I would recommend this company to anyone! I had a warning come up on my Mini that needed looking at urgently. The team fit in my car in the same day to diagnose the issue, even though I could see they were really busy. They explained the diagnostic work they had done very clearly, and reassured me everything was ok. You definitely have a returning customer here! Cannot thank you enough.

The guy's at the Lost Socket are the best!

The guys at the Lost Socket are the only ones in Leamington and Warwick that do stuff properly and not just fit new parts.
They actually try to help you, not just to pump the prices up and sell you unnecessary items.
I had a few cars with different problems in the las few years, an was always satisfied with the outcome.
Would highly recommend!

Worth the drive for the service

Phoned in a panic due to car making an odd sound. They didn’t have space for repairs but were happy to take a look to make sure it was safe to drive. Seen and actually sorted in 20 minutes, even though they were busy. Thank you very much! A loyal new customer won!
