The Lockdown Kitchen Omdömen 

I ordered 50 purple masks in December, I am over 60 and disabled. This company took the money from my account immediately but today, 22/01/'21 still no masks! Tried in vain to contact them but unsuccessful, got someone allegedly out of the country. I am running out of masks now, 5 weeks from the order, this firm has my money but is not going to deliver the goods, shame on you!!! I am going to contact TRADING STANDARDS.

You took my full payment in December, I now am running out of masks, waited long enough, I am worried as to what is happening with this order, not nice to treat disabled people in this way. Are you sending this order or not? I need to know?

OK someone is using your identity "Lockdown Kitchen" to deceive customers hopefully Trading Standards will sort this out asap?" Conversion with Lockdown Kitchen, what is going on? From Messenger (Had to deduct the Email addresses as Trustpilot does not allow them.

Product never arrived. It doesn't take much to figure out the business address. Look up the company on Company House. Original address was residential. Figure it out ;-) You can also get the "CEO"s name. Send him a jolly letter of complaint.

I gave up after 3 months of waiting and no reply to numerous chaser emails. Put a claim in with PayPal, no response from seller so money refunded. Ended up buying the same product from eBay which arrived within a few days and was half the price!!

Lesson learned - do not buy from Facebook ads

I’m still waiting for my order and have just read all these bad reviews , I will be contacting my card company tomorrow to try and get my money back ! My order was £70! Wish I had read the reviews first - after also reading the order is shipped from China I’m not holding out much hope the goods will be of good quality either

Ordered face masks still not recieved then they just ignoring my emails l cant afford to lose this money so therefore have none spare to go buy anymore do you know if this firm is a scam

Update on last review. FINALLY got the disposable face masks I ordered at end of October 2020. ( now 15th January 2021) automatic response to emails and thought I had been scammed. I won't be ordering from them again.

The Lockdown Kitchen offered great customer service when my order unfortunately never arrived. They followed up with their supplier and issued me a full refund.

And update on my order 29/08/2020 which I’ve still not received & no reply from them. I got in touch with Trading Standards who phoned me within a week & and I have now just received my refund within 3 working days. Hope this helps

Just like everyone else is reporting here, this company is a total waste of time. I can't believe they are still taking orders for products they clearly can not fulfil.

I ordered my product in November and have not received anything. Actually, I should have read their FAQ and shipping policy to see that they admit themselves they have orders unfulfilled since August! The company is using the 'current situation' as the generic get out excuse, but looking at the comments here and the fact that the company won't reply to any emails, I would expect it is more to do with their ability than anything else.

If you are thinking of buying from them, at best, wait until after the 'current situation' and see if they are able to fulfil orders then. Otherwise, avoid them.

Absolutely rubbish company. Do not order from them. After repeatedly chasing my order and asking for a refund only to be ignored, I contacted the card company who refunded my money. Please do not give up on a refund, contact your card provider.

Like many others I have not received my order placed on September 20th 2020.
I’ve sent numerous emails requesting updates, and lately a refund. Automated response only. I think I can kiss goodbye to my £30. Shame on you Lockdown Kitchen

Placed an order on 04/11/2020 and order is not even ready for dispatch 2 months later. Have now requested a refund - Crazy!

Took over £30 off me for utensils and like all others I've not received them.
One automated response and when I followed it up asking for refund nothing !! Total Scam !!

Ordered a kitchen tool set back in August, never got it! Very quick to take your money but it’s obviously a scam. How are they allowed to get away with it?? Very annoying. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered 8weeks ago, money taken immediately but items never received. Only reply I get is automated response. Tracker says not dispatched yet. Wish I had read these reviews first as it looks like they are a scam. Facebook page is full of angry emoji and deleted comments. Do not recommend.

Not even worth one star! Terrible company to order from. Money taken straight away from my account over 3 months later and still nothing delivered! Have tried to email and message but no acknowledgment! avoid!

Probably like hundreds if not thousands of customers I placed an order in August for a kitchen tool set, money taken out of my account next day but items not delivered. All you get is an automated reply which gives no help at all. How can this company continue to operate and take customers hard earned cash? My bank said they would refund my money, but that has happened either. They even had the audacity to send me an email inviting me to purchase more items last week, they are having a laugh!

Placed order on 5th November, still haven’t received order now 9th December, won’t order again
