Avoid this gym at all costs. The owners are rude, arrogant, and dismissive—especially when you dare give negative feedback. Multiple women, my wife included, reported an employee harassing female members, but the owners brushed it off despite repeated complaints. They clearly don’t care about member safety.
Worse, the gym’s cameras record audio without any signage—only “video surveillance” is posted, which makes the voice recording illegal. They monitor feeds 24/7 and eavesdrop on private conversations. I was personally targeted by this invasive practice.
When my daughter’s AirPods were stolen, I asked to see the footage. The owners flat-out refused—no explanation, no help. If something goes missing, you’re on your own.
Pattern of denial: Check every negative review—they respond with the exact same script: “We don’t recognize this person as a member.” It’s their go-to tactic to publicly dismiss legitimate complaints. People will see the pattern. You’ve been warned. Steer clear. This place prioritizes control and cover-ups over respect, privacy, or accountability.

Not happy that they can take money from my account when I've never used them and to tell me its not their fault.

I should’ve written this along time ago. I traded over £1000 of used shoes with cash too for a pair of Travis mocha high. Found out they were fake all along eventually when I tried to sell them a year later. I messaged the company on instagram when I found out, but the guy (head person for the company; all across the page) just said read our t&c, and also threatened me by saying ‘this is cause for court action if any damages to my business’, which I don’t understand seeing as they sold me the fake shoe and I got scammed over £1000?!?! Nothing has ever got sorted, so I will say this, stay away from this business. I know they go to sneaker conventions like crep city, just stay away. If this gets deleted, I will just keep putting into the reviews.

Amazing service from the lifestyle was after a pair of Jordan 1 Turbo Greens for a while came across a pair on the site and was instantly able to grab the service was really fast had my order within 2 days of ordering the level of customer service from Oli was top notch I’ll definitely be back to shop some more here highly recommended to all.

Well im not saying this company is bad it looks completely organised and well prepared but I ordered a package around January 10 and still no response to anything, Ive sent two emails to you contact email and even a message through instagram. Maybe communication with customers need improvement?

This company is a scam. I have ordered a hoodie and when it arrived I did not notice any damage at the time. However, the colour was different to the website so I asked to return and reorder a different colour (as they don’t do exchanges). I was then denied a refund and the item was sent back to me with a slash mark on the hoodie and bag. The seller is claiming I did this and refusing to refund me for an item that 1. I wanted to return and 2. cannot be worn due to the damage. He failed to provide a reason and then deflected the blame onto me saying I did it myself, no further support or replacement offered either. Absolutely disgusting customer service for such an expensive item and I believe they purposely damage items people are trying to return to avoid refunding. Please save your money and buy from a more reputable company. Vile.

I’ve bought twice now from The Lifestyle. Both times I had them independently Legit checked to be on the safe side, and they both came back 100% Legit. Great service, and very reasonably priced compared to others out there. One of my shoes they didn’t even have in stock, but I asked them for it and they managed to source me the pair within a week! Definitely will be back for those pairs I missed out on.

After purchasing these shoes in 2023 - I was so excited with acquiring a shoe I couldn’t find anywhere in my size.
From buying them. It took almost three to four weeks for them to arrive at my door. This should’ve raised alarm bells.
I have recently found out that the pair I purchased was counterfeit. Please be careful and don’t use this platform. You can easily find pairs on eBay and my best advice would be to be patient.
I raised this with Oli and he says that the product now being used - nothing can’t be done as I could’ve easily switched the product etc. completely understand this viewpoint. But why would the customer raise this after a year.
No help provided whatsoever and now I have lost over 1.5k.
Three separate platforms including eBay have all deemed this product as fake.
I don’t blame anyone but myself. I should’ve been more vigilant when I received the product and got them checked straightaway.
I urge anyone to please be aware as I know people have got from here and their experience has been fine. That’s why I used this platform. But when purchasing high ticket shoes. I would strongly advise against this. If you’re paying over the odds for a pair of shoes. Paying that extra £50/£100 is worth it more for a reputable company.
I have now lost over 1.5k - which is a lesson that I have now learnt.

Really good company, made the whole transaction super smooth and incredibly easy. Was updated with every step and the shoe were delivered bang on time to what i was told. All tracking was provided upon postage too so you’re never out of the loop with anything. Shoes arrived exactly as described and show in pictures.
