I am glad I have a TSB card with Fraud Protection. Do not get taken in by their phony website and self written reviews. They also trade under another two alises Camera Outlet online & the Music Project. Avoid total SCAM!!!

I would give this no stars if I could. I placed an order with Greenmarket on 20 Jan. On 22 Jan the money was deducted from my credit card. Following the original order, I received an email confirmation with an order number provided by the retailer. The confirmation also correctly provided the correct billing and shipping address. The following day I logged on to the website to track the order. The website recognised my email address but stated there was no current orders and also had no record of my billing or shipping address. I attempted to call the 2 numbers provided. The mobile number goes straight to an automated answering service. The land line appears to be in the Cook Islands! I have followed up with 3 emails but have had no replies at all. This is quite clearly a scam.
I have contacted my bank who have provided a full refund and are invesigating this as a potential fraud.

I ordered a drone and never received it. Have tried to contact them on many occasions but they have not replied.

A scam company with website 'techgreenmarket.uk' selling drones are linking to this businesses trustpilot. Appear to have stolen the logo added 'tech' at the start!

Do not think they are affiliated. But do not order from 'techgreenmarket' or 'hellosockets'. Both scams and fraudulent.

I have been scammed had no reply from emailing them they dont answer the phone i tried the contact form but no one responds

Complete scam, never recieved product, currently in dispute with my bank.

I think this website is a scam. I ordered a drone and although they responded to my first email since then no response and no communication. Please don’t waste your money buying anything from here. I have also contacted trading standard and will be contacting my bank. They say if it looks too good be true, it’s too good to be true.

Have ordered item off website. Cannot get hold of anyone to get update on order No one responds to messages and cannot register on website Believe I might have been conned so will be raising dispute transaction and only ordered from company because of trust pilot review.

Wanted to order an iPhone 12 Pro on the website said for 250 pounds i received an email saying that they put the wrong price so I asked for my refund so I could order another one never received my refund but still ordered another iPhone 12 Pro. Very disappointed 250 pounds stolen from me when it’s their fault.

Received a reconditioned phone. Great condition,no faults at all and a great price.

Bought an iPhone 11 Pro in may and noticed when I arrived the screen had been replaced as there was an information dot in general setting saying not a genuine Apple part. Everything was fine and after 2 weeks the dot disappeared. 3 days ago the screen went black but I knew the phone was still working as it was vibrating when I touched the screen. Did all the usual stuff soft close but nothing but black. I’ve emailed them to ask for help and put in for a refund but 2 days on nothing.. a phone is an essential nowadays and I’m left with nothing and no help offered. Very upset and disappointed because up till then I would have highly recommend them.
