these guys are high level killers in the game. i respect their professionalism & assassin like approach to managing & scaling wholesaling companies. ive grown immense amounts in my short time with them & will continue working in their community to further stabilize & grow my wholesaling operation.

Getting coached by Chandler and all of the coaches has 3x’d my business. It’s great to know that they are actively running their own wholesale businesses too so they know what’s currently working and what’s not working regarding marketing. They know of different strategies to use to lock up more deals and get deals sold for higher profits. Multiple weekly calls with coaches and other coaching students to have questions answered plus a dedicated coaching to help you on your business. Would highly recommend if you’re trying to scale/improve your wholesale business!

Chandler and level up have totally transformed my company And the way I look at the business. We had been wholesaling for almost 4 years before joining. Great experience and well priced. Braden helped us implement a few new positions that streamlined our entire acquisition process and helped us better manage our KPI's to scale. Chandler and his team provide a wealth of knowledge. If you are humble, willing to learn, and put the work in you will have success. 6 months ago I was losing 30k every 2 months. Struggling to hit 100k monthly revenue. No team, no process, no systems.chandler helped me define my process, hire my first employee, and find consistent revenue. Now we are consistently around 200k in revenue per month, this month we did 360k total revenue, would not be in this position if I had not decided to work with chandler.

The Team did exactly what they said that they would, and much much more. From comping properties that i am not sure where to get it. To setting up crms and creating drip campaigns so that my follow up system is allowing me to be in the sellers mind 24/7. The weekly calls 6 -10 every week with the absolutely insane value of a course in the group as well!

At first I was skeptical as there are so many “gurus” online. But having met these guys at one of their events, I decided to give it a shot. We immediately got our moneys worth with all of the resources they provided from the jump. In addition any question or concerns that came up during any of our deals, they Gino and Chandler were able to guide us through perfectly. Before them, our largest deal was right about $40,000. Are second deal they showed us how to do, made us $55,000 on a townhome! We then went on to do another $61,000 on a 4 sided brick house in Marietta. Neither one of those deals would’ve made us anything if it wasn’t for Gino and Chandler. Truly thankful for them.
