Good Value but I’d like more one on one connections. Program gives you all the theory and education but for the price, a dedicated mentor available more than once a week would be more beneficial than group zooms where you may or may not have the support you need depending on how many are on the call needing assistance.

One of the hardest things to do is invest in yourself and your dreams. I’m extremely excited that I made the decision to join the Flip Secrets family.
Jake has truly turned real estate investing into a science. He has built an ecosystem of like-minded individuals where you can learn, grow, network, and receive mentorship from people who are actively doing deals.

I paid $15,000 for this course mainly…
I paid $15,000 for this course mainly because of the promises of mentorship, coaching, and networking with others in the same field. Unfortunately, the actual course content was extremely disappointing. The main tool provided was just a calculator that could easily be found for free online.
I was also promised a personal coach, but after being with the program for over a year, I never once met or worked directly with the coach I was told I would have access to. Honestly, I learned far more from the networking calls and other students than from the course itself.
During my time in the group, I created a software designed to help real estate investors analyze deals more efficiently. Many of the mentors were very eager to see the software and even gave recommendations on features they thought I should add. However, once the software started becoming more developed, one mentor asked me, “How much of this software will be mine?” even though they had no involvement in building it.
When I made it clear that I was not looking for investors or partners, the entire atmosphere changed. I began experiencing harassment, was told not to show the software anymore, and even felt threatened over it. Shortly after, they began attempting to create their own version based on the same idea.
If you have bad credit, I would strongly suggest not wasting your money here, because many of the strategies and opportunities discussed may not even be realistic for you.
Another major issue was the inconsistency and bias within the community. I was removed from FlipSecrets for promoting my own business, even though mentors and contractors inside the group regularly promoted paid services of their own. Once I offered my services, I was kicked out and effectively lost my $15,000 investment.
Be aware that everything is heavily monitored, including so-called “network calls,” which often did not feel like real networking at all.
Please do your research carefully before joining. In my opinion, this course was not worth the money, and I wish I had saved my investment.

This reviewer was a member of our community for nearly three years, including roughly two years of complimentary access extended past the conclusion of his paid six-month program term. He was provided with all contracted services in full, including masterclass content, daily group coaching calls, one-on-one accountability sessions during his initial six-week onboarding, and access to our private network. Beyond his initial program term, he continued to receive coaching and direct access to our team through numerous group sessions over the following two years. The investment figure he cited is also inaccurate. He was a daily active participant throughout - which is part of how we became aware of the issues that led to his removal.
On March 12, 2025, well into his complimentary access period, this same reviewer left us a 5-star Trustpilot review titled “A Fantastic Experience,” in which he specifically praised our training materials as “incredibly comprehensive,” our mentorship as “invaluable,” our community as “community-driven,” and recommended Flip Secrets as “trustworthy, knowledgeable, and supportive.” That review was deleted by him prior to posting the current one, but we have it on file.
He was removed from our community after multiple documented violations of our community guidelines, which he agreed to as a condition of participation. Among these violations: he was soliciting paid consulting services from our newer students inside the community, promoting an ineffective software product to our members, and making false public statements about a member of our coaching team that resulted in measurable harm to other members. We received multiple complaints from out community about his conduct and we take the protection of our students extremely seriously. Our community is a place where members invest significant time and attention to learn from our team and network with peers - it is not a marketplace for individuals to monetize newer members, take advantage of people, or operate competing businesses inside the network they paid to join. He received written warnings and continued the conduct. He now operates a competing software product targeting real estate investors.
We stand fully behind the integrity of our program, the quality of our team, and our commitment to protecting the experience of every student who invests in their growth through Flip Secrets. We’re confident prospective customers will weigh this review in light of the full context.

Plus, state-by-state lists of agents, contractors, etc.
I wasn’t new to real estate or flipping, but this course helped me put a brick on the accelerator! I highly recommend this course.
