I have been having laser treatments at the harrow branch for a while now. Although the treatment itself is coming along well, the experience is very uncomfortable. Firstly I was shocked when I would be lying down exposed and staff members thought it was okay to just come in and out of the room. The lack of respect for dignity and privacy is shocking. I dont appreciate people walking in when my bottom is out for display!! Highly unprofessional.

Secondly, you are made to lie on a flat bed (normally clinics have the option of adjusting for comfort), to make matter worse the towels provided on the bed are not changed between clients, after finishing a session i saw with my own eyes the therapist flipped the towels i lay on for the next client and refolded the one i asked for to cover myself, putting it back in the cupboard (SERIOUS HYGIENE ISSUES).

When enquiring about how many sessions I have left, the manager himself could not answer me and would insist I wait till my next appointment.

The staff were lovely (despite lack of professionalism) and i really hope this review is taken as constructive criticism.

I got a Aqua facial done at the Uxbridge branch by a technician called Gurmeet. She was very friendly and explained what she was doing as it was my first time getting it done. Definitely recommend her to anyone getting a facial done at the Uxbridge branch!

My mum and I visited the branch in Uxbridge to have the Aqua facial and it was amazing, noticed a difference on my face. Will definitely be doing another facial with them soon!

Very professional with a good customer centred approach. Aisha is extremely informative and tries her ultimate best to help you with regards to any questions you may have about laser and overall basic skincare. Aisha is also very flexible and tries her best to book you in at a time that best suits you
Overall I am happy with the service provided and also with the progression of my laser treatment

Such a great experience at the TLC Group in Slough. Aisha made it enjoyable and ensured it was a pain-free process for me. Having now completed all my sessions for a full body, I am really pleased with the results.....especially considering I was rejected from another hair removal company due to having ‘light Asian skin’ and ‘fair hair’! I am so happy to have found Mitra Beauty and the laser clinic group in Hendon. Both Mitra and Kawsar are wonderful, extremely welcoming and kind and attentive. Nothing is too much and they are always accommodating. I am so pleased that I have started using this salon for Lazer and threading after spending years in a well known expensive beauty salon I am so much happier at Mitra. They want to see that you’re making good progress with the treatment and I have never felt like extra treatments are being pushed on me. I have only good things to say and highly recommend.

I have been going to the Laser Clinic Group in Slough for almost a year now. Aisha is highly professional and knowledgable - she has always gone above and beyond to not only make me feel comfortable but to make sure I am seeing a difference in hair reduction and growth - changing settings when necessary to suit my hair and skin type.
I have previously had laser hair removal treatments from two other clinics and neither of them match up to TLC. I honestly couldn't recommend highly enough!

On my 6th session of laser, amazing results so far. Aisha is knoweledgable in laser treatment which really helps and she takes the time to run through any concerns throughout the treatment. Great service from Aisha, always highly professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone considering laser hair removal.
