I've had a horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend using them. they sold me an expensive block of sessions and then the location closed. Now I can not get them to rebook for me and in essence they have stolen hundred of pounds from me.

Very professional and affordable! Negin was really polite she explained everything throughly and has been really professional!
Definitely the best clinic in Barnet!

I really enjoyed being taught by Kay. She was very knowledgeable and professional in her teaching. Kay was also very calm and understanding if we had to ask questions again explaining all topics very thoroughly. Practical work was also explained very well with step by step procedures. If you needed to ask additional questions Kay was more than happy to stay behind class and answer these for you. She made the lessons fun and enjoyable. A great teacher.

I've had 4 sessions with the Diode and YAG laser hair removal, and have already seen incredible results and that's definitely down to the amazing Thelma. She's honestly so thorough and reassuring and ensures you get the best possible treatment, not to mention how lovely she is (which just makes the 2 hours fly by!). I would highly recommend the laser clinic and Thelma in particular!

I have a bad experience at the laser clinic, bad service with no result seen after 6 Sessions.
I would never recommend it to anyone.

The level 4 laser course at the TLC was really good and our teacher Kay was very helpful and kind.
I would recommend anyone who’s wants to have a career in laser to do this training.

All the staff are kind and welcoming. The clinic itself is very clean and hygienic which was a worry for me due to COVID. Quality of treatment is good for the prices. Will defo be coming back.

Never been waxed before but I noticed this clinic and randomly popped in, had a appointment booked in 5 mins, when I went to my appointment I was treated so nicely and felt at ease. Good job, nice location and I loved the products used. My skin feels beautiful then ever. Appreciate the good work. If you pride yourself in good quality service this is the place to go you won’t be disappointed 🙌🏼

Very disappointing results especially after having spent over £1000 for fat loose treatment. Had 3 sessions didn’t even loose an inch despite exercising and eating healthy. The lady who did my treatments used an excuse that it might be something to do with my body not being able to break down fats which is complete rubbish. I wasn’t offered a professional explanation nor any other options for further treatments or sessions by way of compensation or apology. Feel not only disappointed but what a waste of hard earned cash!! I wouldn’t recommend these sessions or the clinic.
