Recieved my order within 24 hours. Items all packed with care. Tried the zero carb noodles first with a ham stock cube they honestly tasted like my favourite bacon super noodles really impressed. The chocolate tasted delicious. Cant wait to try the rest and order the bread next. Thank you!

Excellent keto products, really helps with weight loss and excellent customer service. When a product had an issue, they promptly resolved it and turned me into a repeat customer with their excellent service.

I've ordered from The Keto Shop several times now and love their range and speed of delivery. Outside of some quibbles with short shelf-lives on some of the baked products, their customer service is outstanding. I recently made an oversight to my address on their order form (entirely my mistake) and they corrected this for me without additional charge, which was above and beyond. I'll be buying from them again! Recommended.

Expensive and some of the options are dreadful. the cookies are a tiny size for the cost. The bars aren't tasty. It's all a shame really. Cost a lot and got a little back of experience/taste.

I ordered some Locho Four Seed bread rolls from here. The bread is gorgeous & I can't recommend it highly enough. It has a great use by date too, but can be frozen for convenience. I'm a returning customer & the service was brilliant as usual. They come well packaged, the products are well priced, the delivery is cheap enough & very fast as usual. If you're looking for Keto products you can't go wrong with this company!

My order was not delivered on date stipulated where I contacted Keto shop but they were not interested.

I have only marked 3* because wrong items sent and I have emailed the company twice with absolutely no response.
The items received were lovely. I was impressed with the spaghetti. I wouldn’t have known the difference between full carb and low carb.

Great service

I’ve been ordering from Keto Shop for a while and have always loved the range of products. I’ve had a couple of issues with bread/bagels arriving mouldy, but the customer service was always excellent until this week, when I received no response. It’s disappointing, as I would have loved to continue being a customer, but I no longer feel reassured about the product quality.

I had never experienced any problems with The Keto Shop before, but unfortunately this time my order was sent to the wrong address and I received another customer’s order instead.
I contacted the company immediately by email, including photos of the items I received and the delivery note, and asked them to send me my correct order. Unfortunately, I received no response.
After waiting a few days, I contacted them again through their website, and I also sent another email, but I still received no reply.
There is no telephone number available to speak to someone about the problem, and despite contacting them several times, I have received absolutely no response.
I am therefore very disappointed and have given 2 stars because of the lack of customer service and communication. I hope they resolve this soon. Until now, I had been happy with the company, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.
