Great product and great service
I recently ordered an anniversary gift for my parents golden wedding. Unfortunately the goods were damaged in transit. Not anyones fault, these things happen. The company asked for my feedback back and I explained I loved the product but it was damaged by accident. I didnât ask for a refund as it was too late and the present was already delivered. The service was exceptional and they ordered a replacement and sent directly to my parents in a swift manner. Great customer service and care throughout as well as a lovely product. I would highly recommend.

Avoid this company if you want guaranteed next day delivery
Happy with the product.Was buying for a 50th Birthday.The present didnât arrive on time.I ordered on Thursday, paid for next day delivery and didnât arrive until the following Monday.I emailed the company on Saturday to see where my delivery was as there was nothing available on the tracking,and they didnât reply until after my delivery arrived.I then got an email from the company just with a refund for my next day delivery cost and no explanation.Will never use this company again,it was highly embarrassing for me turning up to a party with no present.

We do offer a Saturday delivery option at checkout, however this wasn't selected on this occasion.

Deluxe 385 cube outdoor sauna
After a couple of hiccups Kieran and his team arrived last week to install our sauna. We had ordered the 385 deluxe cube sauna. Took the guys 2 days to complete.
