I have to admit that although I had some idea of what I was ordering, what I received blew me away. We ordered this gift set for my friends 50th Birthday. I definitely got my monies worth. The packaging it came in was unblemished, but the box inside was something else. So beautifully created & the perfect gift!

They delivered the product in a couple of days after ordering it and the wood quality is fantastic

From the visit I made to Burnley, the ordering process, query responses, installation and now using a barrel sauna from Keico the whole experience has been excellent. Fantastic service from Keira and Keiran and the team who built the sauna. Friendly , helpful and communicate quickly when queries are sent.
The sauna itself is beautiful and is amazing to use. Highly recommend.

The delivery was quick but sadly faulty products. I ordered bollinger champagne with 2 glasses for £104 in a presentation box. The champagne glasses had chunks out of the cheap gold glitter bottoms! Obviously no quality control checks as they would have picked up on it. Definitely do not recommend!

Didn't have a great start (due to the courier not the company!) But quickly put right and received goods next day. Excellent company with fab customer service! The goods received were amazing too. Amazing quality in fab packaging. Just right to gift!

I was unfortunate to be involved in a miscommunication following no item and a lengthy wait for action - refund.

However once someone at Keico was aware of my problems, they were quick to get in touch - explain the situation and apologise for the confusion. Extremely appreciative of the explanation and communication - and even more surprised with the gift sent to me to apologise for the unfortunate service I received.

Mistakes happened, and things do go amiss in retail, and with technology but the manner in which this was solved was above and beyond - Well Done

Customer service was excellent. The product arrived on time and was even better than expected. Easy to set up and use and it feels well made.

It would've got the full 5 stars as it is a lovely luxury sauna but the lead time was a bit long (13 weeks!). Having said that the team turned up - 4 great guys & assembled the sauna in just six hours - brilliant! Disappointed that I had to fit the LEDs myself but all done - tip: install before the benches! Great customer care from Keira.

Initially I had a problem with a gift for my daughter not turning up. Keira rang me yesterday to say they'd had problems with DHL and would resend the gift, which was put on an overnight carrier to be delivered today. The gift has just turned up and it is absolutely stunning! Fabulous gift from an amazing company who has the best customer service!

Got my parcel and was in good condition though they just left it on a table out the back of the house did not even try to chap the door good job I was in and seen him leaving it the parcel was also a day late being delivered.
