I received a gift for my birthday from my sister. I didn’t want to upset her by saying 1 of the glasses was broken. So I contacted the company myself ready to give them my delivery address and my sister address who ordered it. They didn’t require it and even sent I my work address as I requested. Levi who I dealt with was amazing and went above and beyond. A great asset for the company, Levi kept me advised through the whole process and sent me a new glass the following day. I have waited five months for the chiller to be delivered. At first Keiron was good at communicating the reasons for the delay and I really tried to be reasonable and understanding. Then he stopped updating me and now refuses to even reply to my messages. I have a unit I have paid in full for that I cannot use.

I ordered a 4 person barrel sauna back in August. There were some issues (the factory dispatched the wrong model; and then there was a delay with the hauliers). Neither were Keico’s fault, but it meant it went up in December.

Then there was an issue with the siting, which was their responsibility.

What ultimately matters with a company is not just when it goes well, but how they deal with it when there’s an issue. Keira was excellent throughout: helpful, apologetic and simply pleasant and kind.

It’s the Sunday before Christmas and Kieron, the other partner, has just been here (hours drive from their base) to remedy the issues.

You cannot imagine a nicer pair, and two people who clearly care enormously about their company and making sure I was happy. I am now. I’m delighted.

Would I order from Keico again? Yes. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

I bought the Alder sauna head rest. It is too expensive for what it is, but nonetheless the shape of this one is great and I don't even notice I'm using it. Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.
