From the moment we ordered our sauna there was excellent communication and all my questions were happily answered.
We had the team build our sauna and they worked tirelessly all day to complete.
The sauna looks fantastic and will be very well used! Thank you

Cold plunge not fit for commercial use. I’ve got faulty chillers which I flagged up days after launching a new sauna and cold plunge business, with chillers that do not work.

The website states rapid cooling - I completely disagree. They take hours to even have a slight change in temperature.

One of the three is extremely loud, doesn’t
Chill or filter.

The chillers come with no set up and no troubleshooting, making it extremely hard to understand why they are not working, after just days of use.

Unfortunately, the chillers let the company down, as customer service was great and definitely went above and beyond what I had expected, even after complaints were flagged.

My cold plunge is up and running with the pro chiller, Excellent quality products although I am not ready to brave the lowest temperatures just yet on the chiller!!!! Highly recommend TheKeico, perfect !!

They chill out is a lot louder than expected. Not sure if it’s running right. I have reached out to customer service they said they will get back to me and I haven’t heard anything for three weeks so not the greatest service.

We chose the smallest barrel sauna due to space and only two adults using it. We decided to use Keico to build the sauna on site and it was definitely worth the extra cost. Jack and his helper were professional, respectful and the finish was brilliant.

If we were to have another sauna we would 100% use their electrician to commission it instead of using our own who had very little knowledge how how it all worked. Again amazing customer service from Keico who sorted out the information for him to get things back on track

We had a slight issue with the door dropping due to settling in and Jack was back the next day to sort, impressive as we are in the Highlands! We have used this every day and recommend this company!

From the moment we ordered our BBQ hobbit cabin, Keico didn’t fail to impress. Communication about lead times were clear and concise, a small delay in manufacture was merely a blip in the process and we were kept informed of the revised ETA at every step of the way. Ultimately, despite numerous apologies, this delay proved to be a matter of days, not weeks so wasn’t really relevant. Additional product options were offered, evaluated and paid for. When the final installation was scheduled this is where we thought things could go wrong as so many companies outsource delivery and installation services and once they have received payment, they don’t care. Not keico. The installation team were behind exemplary, efficient, polite and remarkably professional at all times. The product is absolutely jaw dropping and we are already in discussion about purchasing additional items to make an already great product, the finished article. The hit is not cheap, but it’s worth every penny and we will enjoy using it come rain or shine for years to come. Thank you to Keira and the team once again.

Nothing went wrong, the present was delivered on time and was thoroughly enjoyed.

The company went out of their way to put things right asap, sending me an address label to the correct recipients and was still delivered in time. The newly engaged couple were so impressed and absolutely delighted with this beautiful gift. All went well in the end with one really happy couple.

This is the first time ordering. The delivery was delayed and no update on the delivery website. I called customer service, and a lovely lady helped me. She was great, understood I needed my order as was for an anniversary gift. She arranged an overnight replacement order for me, which arrived first thing the next morning. Was really impressed with that. Plus, the gift was fabulous quality and my sister was so pleased with it! Will definitely be ordering again

Arrived on time, securely and strongly packaged. Well presented on opening and the option of writing a personal message added that personal touch meaning I didn’t need to inform the recipient prior to the gift arriving.
