Delayed
Took 3 days despite paying for next day delivery. No reply from seller for a few days. Turned out to be caused by wrong courier picking up the item.

Sauna spectacular.
Sauna spectacular.
Having purchased the sauna from Keico, it was worth the long wait, as it's truly spectacular. I specified exactly what I wanted, along with the black ash framed front, as it's sits in a specially constructed courtyard avenue, planted like a Mediterrean oasis. Both views from inside the sauna and looking down the avenue are fantastic.
The install team, led by Keiron was most efficient, very tidy and courteous. They worked flat out for 2 days to build the sauna, and left the site immaculate.
We finally got it all connected 3 days later and had the first sauna, which was wonderful. Credit to the Keico team.
