The representative explained the process and why I was chose with clarity and sufficient detail. When I was concerned about proprietary info questions I was assured that I did not have to answer any question with which I was uncomfortable. The call was in time and the time spent efficient. There were a couple follow up questions by email. Payment was prompt and directly into my account.

Excellent Communication and Prompt payment!

The work requested was within my field, and was arranged in a professional way, with respect for everyone's time and contribution. Everyone was kind and the experience was very satisfactory.
The paymet arrived only a week after, but it suffered a discount for our meeting being cut short, something that was not at all under my control nor was I informed about it before hand. I'd still work with the company again.

I registered to be a part of a research program that had to do with Parkinson's disease. My first time applying, I was notified that I was chosen to participate. Communication was wonderful with emails, telling me what was expected and when to join. For an hour I was giving feedback on certain new medication awareness. I found it very interesting and the person interviewing me was kind and direct. I was hoping that I helped their project in some way, giving my opinion. I would work with this company again if needed!

I was skeptical when originally approached by The Insights Desk, but I checked them out with Inspired Health/ Wet Monroe, and the company turned out to be on the level. I filled out a screening form, qualified for the project, and was scheduled for a 1-hour Zoom interview.

The interview happened as scheduled, with most questions relating to marketing materials for a new medication. The interviewer was professional and articulate.

Two weeks later the payment arrived as scheduled. TID uses a payment service called Wise, which took me a little while to figure out. But the money landed in my bank account as promised.

Awesome experience, they brought me on for a topic that I'm a subject-matter-expert at, no hassle with scheduling, conversation went very smoothly, payment was processed very quickly. Would def do again if given the right opportunity.

I had a positive experience participating in a survey for a researcher working with an engineering tool manufacturer. The process was smooth and the communication was clear and professional. Payments are only processed on a specific day each month, which was not mentioned beforehand, so the payment is not instant. Overall, it was a good experience and I would be happy to participate again.
