I needed advice on an issue with my…Top Notch Service
I needed advice on an issue with my phone providers app which I had not been able to access. The staff member assisted me with the issue which was resolved even though the service provider was unable to help.
I had thought my phone needed replacing but was told it would be viable for another year. Absolutely top notch advice and service just as it was a couple of years ago.
Thoroughly recommend the Ilab in Barnstaple High Street, North Devon.

What a fantastic service
What a fantastic service, young lady from EE told me to pop in here to get my port fixed.The gentlemen was polite in the ILab and fixed the problem in minutes I cannot rate them highly enough! Amazing

Popped in as my phone had stopped charging. iLab cleared out the charging port and cleaned out with alcohol. All sorted within minutes

Arlo and the team at ilab are superb
Arlo and the team at ilab are superb. They’ve been servicing our phones and tablets for a number of years and their service is always first class. They are always very friendly and always find a solution and their pricing is very fair and reasonable.
There are a number of options in the High a street but I will always use Ilab because they have always gone above and beyond to help.

The job was done in no time at all.
I was lucky enough to encounter another customer who had dropped their phone and blocked the charging port. This repair was also done in no time at all.

We went into ILab with a phone problem , the staff were brilliant they solved the problem in minutes . They were friendly knew their job .I would go again we also bought a phone case and that too was very cheap and a good quality
