I can see that both your original item and the replacement have been received. We’re very sorry for the delays — at this time of year, courier services can take longer than usual due to high volumes. Thank you for your patience, and please let us know if there’s anything more we can do to help.
Customer service has gone downhill
Used to be excellent customer service and speedy delivery but both have really gone downhill in the last couple of months. I had one order take so long to arrive thanks to Royal Mail that I needed to source from elsewhere. I returned the Horse Vet order - and it took them a whole week to acknowledge that it had been received back and refunded with an automated email. The email says it will now take 10 days to be refunded. So I’ll be out of pocket for a whole month with no apology.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been for your order to arrive so late that you had to source the items elsewhere. While delivery delays with Royal Mail can sometimes be outside of our direct control, we know that doesn’t make the situation any less inconvenient for you.
Refund timelines can depend on banking processes once issued, but we appreciate that being out of pocket for that length of time isn’t ideal.
We genuinely value your past support and are sorry to hear you feel our service has declined. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be sharing it with the team to ensure we improve where it matters.
