Have not recieved my scans or a responce to my emails asking about the status of my order

Service was fine, developed film in timescales and emailed them to me. Film was unused, disappointed this wasn't picked up on rather than send me 25 identical images of nothing.

Excellent speedy service with a great end product.

I was originally very pleased as turnaround was only a day from my film being delivered to thehomelabs to getting the cloud link to the developed photos.
On inspecting the photos however, I noticed some fibres (bits of thread, string) on one of my photos. I confirmed this with a friend that develops his own photos that this was indeed the case. This is poor quality control, and should never have been allowed to pass due to the sheer size of the fibre but I get people make mistakes sometimes. I reached out via email on 10/01/2026 asking for a rescan of the affected photo but never received a reply.

After leaving this review, thehomelabs reached out to me via email and claimed that the email went to junk so was missed, and offered to fix the photo in post processing. I completely understand this and appreciate the support, so I have upped the score on my review as I believe it was probably a one-off, given how positive the rest of my interactions with thehomelabs has been.

Used homelabs twice now, went with them as it’s a good value service compared to lots of others. They’ve been quick to deal with problems with my order and processing has taken as little as 2 days. Will use again.

Fantastic - I was scared they’d get lost or wouldn’t be done properly. Not only are the scans WAY better than I thought they’d be (I can’t emphasise enough how worth it the scans are), the printed versions where done and received in such a quick period of time (I sent 12). I have used The Home Labs multiple times over the past 18 months. I have had 15+ rolls of film developed with this company and they have all been turned around really quickly and of fantastic quality. Highly recommend :)

Very pleased with the service,have used a mixed collection of film some times expired and slowly working through different cameras I have purchased so it's great to see the results

They developed 2 films for me, unfortunately one was blank (my cameras fault) but they very kindly developed the other at a higher resolution as compensation. Which I greatly appreciated.
The prints themselves were very high quality and quick to arrive, as well as incredibly affordable.
Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service! Friendly and efficient. I posted off a disposable camera on 15th Oct and by teatime 17th Oct, I was sent a digital link with my photos on. Very impressed and I would definitely use them again.
