Really comfortable shoes that can be worn all day!

I was unable to receive a full refund when your return policy states 60 day return and could not speak with a live representative.

The sandals are perfect. They are comfortable and were true to size. They can be used dressy style or casual style . Also work great for my plantar fascia.
Quality of the sandals seem to be well made. Customer service took care of a code entry problem and send me the refund.

My dress was as described, very flattering. I’m big busted and I was very comfortable, it was perfect! Customer service was amazing. I definitely will continue to order from them.

They make it so difficult to return items that do not fit or you don’t like. What a nightmare. And they are not super cheap… only quality.

Sizing skimpy. Fabric made to look like a natural fiber in picture turned out to be dense, unbreathable polyester. About a dozen nuisance emails telling me every half-step of shipping process, then a slow response to a request for return in which they actually request pix of me in the badly-sized cheap shirts in order to process a return. SCAM! SLEAZY! LIARS! Temu is more reliable than this crew, for crying out loud, and I've stopped using them. OBNOXIOUS.

Shoes broke on first wear. Asked for replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving shoes. Request refused. Do not buy from them. Shoddy cheap shoes and bad customer service.

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT order from this company! False advertisement across the board! It's not a company based in Nashville, let alone the US. The company is based in UK. I ordered on 6/26/26 and didn't receive my order until 7/15/26. 5 pairs of shoes came mashed up in a plastic shipping bag. 2 came stained. The shoes are not "orthopedic" as advertised, nor were they real suede or leather as advertised. There is no hassle free return policy. You will not get your money back. They removed their customer service number from the website, which went to a completely different company when called and it was a recorded message that gave no option to speak with someone. They asked me for pictures of my purchase and then replied with "our research shows that you received what you ordered." Didn't respond with anything about the false advertisement of orthopedic shoes, suede or real leather. I filed a complaint with the BBB and it was closed due to the company being out of business, however the website is still up and running. Don't Do It!!

This is a scam site with nothing but false advertising about their products. It promotes orthopedic shoes but they are most certainly not. The quality is trash. The lining is extremely thin and you can feel a piece of board underneath. I took two steps in the three pairs I bought and they hurt my feet so bad. When I tried to return them multiple times they state I received the correct product and if I wanted to return them I would have to pay for shipping and I would not receive a full refund but could get 35% off my next purchase. As if I would buy anything from them.

I accidentally ordered two of the same product. I contacted the company about returning the additional one (you can only email, as phone # is connected to a message that routes you to email), received two emails, followed instructions, and have not heard back.
I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint; my complaint has been closed because the BBB cannot contact the business.
Beware doing business with this organization.

I wish the rating offered a negative option. I purchased two “linen” blouses. Both items were extremely poor quality and I am still trying to get the information on how to return said items for a refund. Apparently from reading other reviews this company’s website with respect to a return/refund fails to mention that the return address is in the UK not the US even though they represent that they are a Nashville store.

Horrible! I understand the dress did not fit me well, BUT I bougth it because the return policy said that it was easy! It's NOT. First there is no return link, you will have to write an email explaining why you are returning the item! Then they will respond asking you to explain more and to add pictures and even VIDEOS... through this process you loose interest and they will keep your money! That easy! This website is a SCAM.. it will be better idle they say ALL SALES AL FINAL so you avoid thinking that you will have the opportunity to return or exchange something that did not fit you.

The return policy listed on their website is a lie. I tried to return my low quality item very soon after I received it and was told the best they could do was give me 15% off a future order. When I reminded them of the "60 day hassle-free return" policy they list on their website they upped the offer to a 30% discount off of a future order. My item arrived long after the delivery estimate I was given when I ordered it; turns out it was coming from China hence the long delivery time.

Ordered a pair of sandals and received the wrong size. Contacted them to get the right size and a return address, which I never received. I think my emails went to an AI and not a real person. Emails going back and forth for almost a month but no results. Sent a new email yesterday and get no response now. My last email was to advise them that I will be contacting my bank to credit back my money due to scam at the end of July. Very unhappy with businesses that scam people. I think that Instagram/ Facebook need to verify these companies to make sure they are legit.

***Contact your bank regarding a scam on your credit card. Keep your emails to provide to bank to show communication. This way you should be able to get a credit back on your card.

Like shoes, but the fit is too tight. I needed to return and exchange a pair of shoes. I have sent twenty messages trying to exchange and get my orders straight. There is no one to answer phone calls. I have been promised shoes, but yet to receive the replacement pair. Messages are answered by different people, but no fix to the problem as of yet. I appreciate the efforts, but would appreciate results even more.
