Inadequate
Feeling fobbed off by this company with some wholly inadequate hearing aids (non-digital - I've been wearing digital for 8 years), I made a new appointment, for 3.15 today (4 August). I was told not to be late. I answered a follow up text with a YES to the arrangement. On arriving at reception I was told that the appoiontment was at 5.00. Which it wasn't. No apology. This is a second-rate organisation that the NHS should not be employing.

Joby was very patient with my elderly and difficult grandmother when he came for a home visit to remove ear wax and perform a hearing test. He allowed her to have cigarette breaks and attempted multiple times throughout her resisting until the test was completed. He explained clearly to us how to fit the hearing aid and how to use it. He is very professional, caring and helpful. Thank you.

My appointment was on time and the audiologist understood exactly my problem. The hearing aid was replaced and reset perfectly. The service was very professional and polite. Thoroughly recommended.

The audiologist that supported my mum…
The audiologist that supported my mum was amazing.
Firstly, the case was not clear cut and my mum had been experiencing extreme pain in her ears for many months. The audiologist was patient and determined to try to help my mum and spent ample time with her.
Secondly, her knowledge was of a high level and managed to fix the issue and now we have more information as to how to continue to help my mum.
Honestly I could not have imagined that we would leave with such brilliant outcomes to my mum’s hearing issue.

My visit revealed how badly I needed…
My visit revealed how badly I needed hearing aids, the audiologist explained everything clearly, was very polite and we had a few laughs, fitted me with a pair of hearing aids and I left feeling much happier than when I arrived.

The whole testing and fitting process…
The whole testing and fitting process was explained and carried out in a professional manner, in easily understood terms, with additional information given when necessary. After less than an hour I was able to walk out being able to hear the world as I hadn’t done for several months. I thoroughly recommend your service. (My wife will be pleased, no more repeating herself)
