Amazing customer service!
I ordered a sling bag, but slightly smaller than I needed so I sent it back to exchange for my usual small HBB. Excellent customer service, dealt with quickly, bag arrived only a couple of days later! Love the small HBB its perfect!

We are delighted to hear this Charlotte, thank you so much for your lovely review.
Practical and Stylish
The bag is ideal for everyday needs, big enough for purse, phone, and other everyday bits and pieces. The internal clip is useful for keys. I like to use it in busy places as I know the bag and my possessions are safe as I have the bag at the front. Well made, study and easy to wipe down or throw into the washing machine.
I was nervous of using the new(ish) payment system as there are some negative reviews of it. However all went well. Delivery was a little slow due to Easter bank holiday and the use of Royal Mail, maybe using other delivery companies may be an alternative.

This is my third HBB bag and I couldn't be more pleased. The size and colour are both perfect and I like this fabric even better than my previous pic tases. The new extra zipped large flat pocket inside is perfect for travel documents , very secure.
My only negative is that immediately after buying I received an offer of "buy a small bag and get a baglette free" boo hoo would have LOVBED that!

Ah that's a shame Celia, you should have cancelled your original order with us and then re-ordered with the offer.

The design is great
The design is great , I bought small and my only dislike is the long back pouch not deep enough to hold a bottle drink or flask securely.
I have bought both mine in sales, I do love a bargain. Best feature is what it is designed for to sit comfortably on your back , you can easily twist it to your front to open it. I have been suffering from frozen shoulder past 18 months and I can easily put it on with one arm. Wouldn't use any other.

This bag is GREAT
This bag is GREAT. I love the careful planning that maximizes easy organization— no more jumble of stuff at the bottom of a bag.
However, I took off one star because you do not mail to the United States. I wonder, why is that? So I sent the bag to my niece in greater London, and she then sent it on to me in Florida.
Update. Thank you for your quick and specific reply, with both your US partner for future purchases and your explanation of the recent extra tariffs and change to "de minimus" shipments. Back to 5 stars. This really is a wonderful bag. The last two days of wearing it I appreciated the quality zip pulls, both inside and out.

Thank you so much for your review. We do have our sister company in the USA, www.ameribag.com, they will look after you. Shipping to the USA from the UK involves navigating new customs regulations that took effect in late 2025. Most notably, the "de minimis" duty-free exemption for low-value shipments (previously $800) has been eliminated, meaning nearly all parcels are now subject to duties and taxes regardless of value. We will review our decision in the not too distant future regarding shipping to the USA.
Shirt strap for a cross body bag
The strap isn't long enough and therefore the bag is useless to me. Please think about women's bodies thanks

Good morning Simone, the straps are around 100cm's fully extended, and they will naturally relax and lengthen once the fabric relaxes and contents are in place. You are of course welcome to return it for a refund if it is not as expected and is unused. Get in touch with our Customer Service Manager karen@thehealthybackbag.co.uk who will be happy to discuss.
