Thank you for your review, I'm afraid tax and duties are decided by your country of residence customs tariff, it isn't anything we have any control over. You do not pay UK VAT.

Perfect Sling Bag
Great bag & perfect size for carrying a bottle of water & phone. I’m a bit of a fan of these bags & I’ve almost converted my husband into getting one - he’s testing my large bag for when he goes to work. All HB backs are good quality & made to last.

Big bags
I was surprised that a large bag had such a short strap making it unusable with my coat on .It was shorter than the medium bag I am using .
Was very disappointed as have a very bad back and find the general design of this product essential to help me carry everything as I use two sticks so everything is on my back. company have quickly processed refund thank you please contact me if you do create longer straps as bags are great design

Smart, slick and wonderful, full of wanders
Oh, the small one is just right for me as a dog-mum: Easy use, quick to hand and always hands-free with loads of zips and pockets for treats and poo bags, water bowl and toys, comfortable to wear 😇 just wish, my Sprocker-boy could have his own healthy back bag 😆🎈have mine since more than 10yrs now (the bag)
