The order was delayed due to very hot weather and I was away when it was rescheduled for. Halal food shop were very accomodating and removed some of my items I no longer needed. They are also really great at keeping you informed!

I made my savouries order for ramadan as i do every year. I live in a flat building and when the delivery is getting delivered. I have to go all the way downstairs to get it as the driver never presses the intercom and kindly brings it up for me.

Regarding your delivery experience, we understand how convenient it would be for drivers to bring orders directly to your door. Our local drivers would only contact you on the phone if the intercom has not been answered, usually with no reply your order would be taken back to the depot if no reply however in this case they contacted via phone.
We have a notes section on which you can request in advance for special circumstances, if the intercom is not avaialble or assistance is required our team is happy to help Inshallah.

Iv shopped with them a few times and I have never been let down, especially with my last order where I ordered an item by mistake! Upon realising the next day I emailed them, they replied to my email promptly and I was told it will be sorted. When I finally received my order, they did replace it! What a relief it was and such amazing customer service!!! Their packaging is immaculate and arrives in time. Frozen food iteams stay frozen. Can’t fault them at all. Thank you so much for you help & service!
