The item I looked for was in stock and on sale at a competitive price. Delivery charge was acceptable and the item arrived in 48 hours well packaged and exactly as described. Other reviews made me a little nervous, so keen to share my experience.

Based on reading the reviews here I was really skeptical about ordering from here, but it was a good deal and thought I’d risk it. And it worked for me. Got the item, as described and within a few days. Can’t fault them.

I received a notification to say my parcel had been delivered (the photo was a close up in the parcel), I hadn’t received the goods and evidenced it with footage from my ring door bell. I raised the dispute with TGD and they went helpful, I informed them I’ll be raising the issue with my bank, when my bank contacted the company and they refused my claim. I’ve not received an email back from them, I still haven’t received my parcel or a refund. Wish I read reviews first 🫠

Not processing refund when damaged goods were sent

I was nervous about ordering from this company after reading some of the other reviews however I placed an order at the beginning of December 23 for which I recieved email confirmation of acceptance and disptach and received within a few days via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. I placed another order on 28th Dec which I received the next day. I would have no hesitation in ordering again.

This company takes peoples money but doesn’t ship the item(s) ordered. They are indulging in fraudulent behaviour and should be prosecuted. Google also needs to stop advertising them. Beware

I placed an order 11 days ago now and it has still not shipped, customer service has not responded to any of my emails. I have no idea when I’m going to receive my order if at all, terrible experience so far. This will be my first and last order.

I've had the same experience as many with The Great Divide Clothing company... Terrible customer service, poor correspondence. Wrong size boots received, no reply in trying to sort this! Worried about sending them back (at my expense) as other reviews on here "saying they are still waiting on refund after months". I would NOT waste your time and money on this dodgy company.

Update: lucky I paid buy credit card... I had to raise a dispute through my card company before I received any correspondence from the customer service, and even then my card company had to keep chasing a refund. I finally received a refund last week... months after trying to return "the wrong good sent".

I wouldn't deal with this company again... very poor service.

Not sure where to start in explaining just how bad this company is. Purchased a shirt that was listed as 100% cotton, received something that was 90% polyester. Contacted the company immediately to point out the mistake, was told that they would only exchange the item with all postage costs being at my expense. Despite pointing out what they had done was illegal and that all online purchases have the right to a refund within 14 days, it still took multiple emails and over a week for them to accept any liability. I eventually started a payment dispute through klarna and got refunded but still ended up being charged for postage. This company are owned by 52nd State that also operate the websites for Pendleton, Dubbleware, Reyn Spooner and Peck and Sneyder. Beware as their return policies are in contravention of the consumer rights act

Contrary to some of the experiences other customers have related here, I received excellent service from TGD; a top quality product, difficult to find elsewhere, at a bargain price, delivered the next day. Can’t say fairer than that.

Had already placed my order before reading these reviews, and was a bit worried. However, pleased to report that the right thing turned up really quickly and exactly as ordered. So I got a hat I’ve been after for ages for a third of the price. Hurrah!

Would excersise caution when ordering from here. Been waiting on a refund for a return of the value of £145 for ages. They have said I’m eligible but keep getting the same response that they’re looking into it. This is an ongoing issue that has been going on for months now.

Bought 4 times from this company. Only once did I have a mildly negative experience when the website showed something as in stock when it wasn’t. When the order was delayed I called them and they advised me of the problem. They asked if I’d be prepared to wait and when I said no they refunded me immediately. I have no complaints about this company as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Fantastic Customer Service, Id ordered after having a couple of sherbets and misspelled my address, after one phone call they changed my address correctly, and it was at my door the next day.

I placed my 1st order and was unable to apply the discount. I sent over images of this and asked they refunded the difference seeing as their discount code didn't work and the response I got was 'cant apply discount once order placed' and they have 'set me up on newsletter so I can use code for another purchase'

That's really their solution is, you spent money and couldn't use our discount so spend more money and you can then.

I responded 6 days ago to advise this is not a good solution for a 1st time buyer and would like this treated as a complaint.

I have had no response and essentially being ignored.

I should of read the reviews before placing an order. I'm getting the impression the staff haven't had much experience, are winging it and probably a bunch of mates who think the products alone will sustain this business.

The only reason they get 2 star as delivered promptly.

I had a delivery problem with an order I had to return from Germany to the UK, but the shop was very quick to help me get the parcel to the right address as quickly as possible, for which I am very grateful

Order a cap and i received the wrong version. Impossible to know if i can receive the type i ordered! Very poor service!

I was concerned by the negative reviews on here and so I called up to make sure they had the item I wanted in stock. Asher was really incredibly helpful and even upgraded me to a courier service because of the Royal Mail strike about to happen. He personally checked stock and dispatched from the warehouse and it arrived the next day. Great experience - well done Asher! And many thanks Great Divide

Incorrect item was sent and then I had to constantly nag them to give me a refund
