The customer service was great. I bought 3 glow tubes and one had a funky rancid smell. It was replaced right away. The product works as well as any crepe reducing lotion. It’s nice though that it’s a compact stock not a lotion

Thanks to Lauryn for helping me when my package went missing. She was very supportive in every email and that calmed me down as it was just another drama to contend with in life. Much Appreciated !!

Lauryn is amazing. I was concerned when I did not receive any notifications about my package. It's stressful to order from overseas. She tracked it down and I had the package in hand in no time. The customer care is outstanding.

My package was marked lost. So I contacted customer service and spoke with Lauryn. She was outstanding. She was able to get a new shipment sent for me! Such a quick response time too

I ordered glow fairy on the 11th October and up to yesterday it said on shop that the item was still somewhere in America. Today they say it has been delivered. I have had no parcel arrive and I was also charged £23 postage bringing it up to £53 that they have scammed from me. There is no one to contact they just ignore e mails. I would mark them zero if I could

I ordered the lift and firm butt cream and it’s a total let down. The product is tiny, you need one bottle per week meaning that to see the promised results you need to buy at least 4 bottles! There’s no value for money and I’ll never buy any product from this company again as they are a total rip off.

I placed an order today using Apple Pay, and somehow in between my double clicking and actual processing, the address changed.
I emailed customer service, and received a prompt reply from Lauryn, who was fantastic! I appreciate how quickly she found my order and was able to correct it for me before shipping took place.

I found a coupon code for 50% off! When I went to checkout, I got a little too excited and pushed the buy now button instead of the one to add the code. I quickly sent an email to the customer service department. It was only about an hour later when I received an email stating that they went in and gave me the discount, and that I would be refunded to my card!

I would have scored zero if it was possible! This is a total scam, do not waste you money like I did. The product I received to diminish stretchmarks and cellulite never works and no improvement seen, not even after 6 or 8 weeks (as customer service I raised the complaint with recommended)! I livee in the UK and cannot even sent the rest of those awful sticks back as I will pay more in postage then the refund of the unused items! Total waste of money and awful customer service as they do not refund you the money after they sell you fake product! I feel totally scamed and robed!

There was a delivery issue with my order and I spoke to Lauryn, who not only resent it but as I was travelling remembered to message me to check if I was back and if she could dispatch it again - the service was amazing and she went far above what was expected. If all of the staff react like this the company is obviously doing something right - thank you so much Lauryn your prompt and efficient service was very much appreciated.

I had ordered products from Glow Fairy before and liked them. However, this time I ordered and used the wrinkle eraser patches and ended up with redness first, that then developed into really painful, badly swollen welts on my face. I reached out to customer support, with no success: 15 phone calls (nobody answers), multiple emails (no response), and even DMs on IG are met with utter silence. There seems to be no customer service at all, despite promises of 100% satisfaction guaranteed on the website.

I was very pleased with the quick response, Lauryn was very thorough and easy to talk I’m confident my problem was taken care of .

Customizing Service (the kind women helping me was Lauryn) is very nice and extremly fast. Seriously, minutes! Super simple! No complains!
