Never order from South Africa.
Gets delivered via Post Office - import taxes due,
besides that - very expensive pricing on extremely below than average product.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!

I have been a customer for a couple of years and have never had an issue. My order was incomplete and I reached out and Lauryn not only responded very promptly, but handled the issue immediately. I will definitely be a long term customer! P.S. The Retinol Body Glow wand really works!

Super responsive and helpful

Super responsive and helpful! I love the products and was pleasantly surprised how helpful customer service was when I accidentally forgot to input a discount code. They fixed it so easily. Not true for many other competitors.

This review is for customer service

This review is for customer service, as I havent received my product yet. I mistakenly submitted my order without using my discount code. Immediately, I emailed support to ask that my order be cancelled. They werent able to cancel it BUT, Lauryn offered to add the code to the order and refunded the difference to my card! I must say that I was in complete shock!! I was totally prepared for a long hassle! IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will try other products based solely on my customer experience! Can't wait for my serum to arrive!

BEWARE OF POSTAGE FEE AT THE END

About to purchase their product, went through the whole process and as I was about to pay.. realized they added their shipping fee $30USD at the very last step... which cost as much as the tiny bottle of eye repair serum I wanted. Not a good way to do business... string your customer along and rip them off at the death... sorry I won't be buying your product.... noooo way !!

This is my third order from Glow Fairy. Not only do their products deliver as promised, the pricing is fantastic and their customer service is very prompt with their responses and very helpful. I could not ask for better.

I've always had a good experience with Glow Fairy. Their products are truly unreal and I'm hooked. Customer service response time is very quick and Lauren is great. I've had communication with her a few times and she has always satisfied my concerns and dealt with refunds etc promptly 😊

Fabulous Customer Service

I messed up my shipping address and emailed as soon as I realized my mistake. Lauryn responded right away that it was updated and corrected. She even gave me a future discount code! Amazing customer service!!

Very helpful!

My initial order was sent to the wrong address, but when I contacted the company about this, they were extremely helpful and immediately arranged a re-shipment. I was really impressed.

One item was missing from the package

One item was missing from the package, tried to contact the company three times with no response. And with a very high customs fee (I live in Canada) it's not worth it for me to purchase from this company again. I tried to order together so I only pay one custom fee and half the order wasn't even there. Now I'm being ghosted by this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. The previous products I got do an okay job, and now I'm convinced they aren't worth the price they charge, especially with a customs fee.
