The fountain direct not only has the best products but they stand by their word.. no fault of the company but a corner was bent on delivery and they immediately owned the issue and solved it with sending out a new unit asap. Install went flawless
Follow up was great and the product was delivered on time as promised.
I was very impressed when after placing an order there was a personal phone call placed to make sure everything was received and working OK.
Later, when an issue did come up with the product under warranty, they were very helpful in getting me directly to the people I needed to contact and also once again followed up to help get the issue resolved.
Very trustworthy business. Both my fountains came in great condition. Highly recommend
Great service and advice, prompt quoting, and quality products—it was a 10/10 experience.

After searching everywhere for a touchless water dispenser that met my specific filtration needs, this was the only business that delivered.
