First and last time to use The Flower Factory
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day with a guaranteed delivery for Saturday, as there was no Sunday delivery. They did not arrive until the follow Wednesday and when I tried to follow up as to what happened and why, I got the follow response, which I find both unprofessional and uncaring:

Please see the response from dpd:
"Cian, it was misdirected to the incorrect depot because the eircode D08W2A8 was entered into the system even though it's for Cavan the eircode manifested it for a depot in Dublin and it had to be reconsigned to the correct address in Cavan.

Due to the incorrect eircode being entered the dpd team had to re-direct the bouquet post fulfillment hence the prolonged delay.

I was not contacted about the delay and would never have found out had the Nursing home not reached out to me as they know that I always mark occasions with flowers and gifts as I live abroad and cannot be there in person always.

Unfortunately, as our labels are printed and sorted based on eircodes for dispatch, this isn’t something that our courier driver would have picked up on however the dpd depot had and then decided to make a correct re-direct.
I’m really sorry but on this occasion this was out of our control, as per my colleagues email a tracking reference number is supplied to each customer on the purchase confirmation which can be used to check on the bouquets where-about.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, but we can’t accept liability for incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by our customers.

Just not good enough
So bought flowers for mother’s day paid 17.99 for delivery and 4.99 for card only for flowers to arrive at about 5pm Mother’s Day sure the day was over the card??was a piece of paper with happy Mother’s Day printed on it I’ve now had the flowers 3 days and they are withered and dying even do they have been feed and watered have pics but can’t put them up here

Unfortunately we can not guarantee delivery times over periods of large volumes, we understand you may be disappointed in this however in our delivery policy i does state the following:
"Deliveries within the Dublin area will take place during the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and between 2pm and 6pm on Sundays."
In regards to your concern over the Mother's Day card we have passed this on to our owner to take a further look at.

I ordered flowers to be sent last Saturday on Friday evening. When I came to the end of placing the order for some reason my home address ended up as the delivery address. I went in to your option on the website & changed the address to the correct address. I also rang & spoke to a person who Guaranteed me that the address had be changed. It was not. I received a message from DPD saying that the order was on its way to my home! I rang your contact number twice & was told that someone would get back to me & they didn’t. The flowers arrived at my home & I had to pay to have them correctly delivered. I sent a message to your website explaining the situation & I was sent back the delivery charge but no contact was made to me by anyone in your company. I find this level of customer service completely unacceptable. I

I've been living in the UK 10 years and absolutely love this flower service. Sending gifts home has been a real hassle especially after brexit with items being sent back or not delivered, but the flowers always arrive on time and are so full and beautiful! Thank you!

Mothers day
I want to say a big thank you to the flower factory I got flowers and personalised cards for my own mother and for my partner the first personalised card I done a few photos with me and my mum at I put 1 photo ov my brother that passed away when wrote the message for my card I found it very touching that yous had put the message under his photo which was very heart touching I will continue to order flowers forever from yous after this thank you so much guys from my ❤️ 💙 💜
