I was sent a totally different bunch of flowers I ordered for my wife on valentine's day.I got in touch with them and forwarded pictures of what I received and what I was supposed to receive,ie a big bunch of red flowers with white Lillie's as advertised.What I got was mostly pink and no Lillie's with 2 small red roses.i emailed explaining this with pictures and the answer was "on such busy times sometimes orders get mixed up and they can send me 3 Lillie's in the post on the following Monday and a 20% discount on my next order.I Will never be ordering from this company again as no guarantee in getting what u order and don't really care to rectify their mistake in a satisfactory way

Flowers fit for a princess
Everything about this service was perfect. Flowers arrived on time, well presented and packaged, in perfect condition, so frish they will last weeks and most of all she loved them. Price was excellent for what I got, compared to others in the past. I feel I really got a good deal and have found a florist for life. Will definitely use again.
