It is the first time I have used The Flooring Group and have been very impressed with their service. John, whom I dealt with, was very responsive to our requests and everything was delivered and installed on time and to a good standard. I would definitely use The Flooring Company again.

We chose hardwood flooring and carpet in the Hampstead store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a choice of dates for fitting, and were later offered earlier fitting which was great. The fitting was amazingly efficient as the wood flooring involved a long run through our flat through and around many doorways. The carpet was also fitted quickly and efficiently. Teh fitters moved the heavy furniture pieces which really helped.

This is the third time I have used The Flooring Group and each time I have been satisfied. Most recently I have used The Flooring Group to lay wooden flooring for my living room and the job was superb. Also the manager Selin was more then helpful.
