We have used Ash many times for our commercial HMO purchases. The most recent being an extremely tight purchase timeframe which Ash did not shy away from and after many late night phone calls, we got everything over the line on deadline day!

The same as per all comments, they saying will help u with a loan, and after they get on possession of your bank details, they trying to take money from your account of 3.99ÂŁ and for a year subscription of 14.99ÂŁ. When u try to reach for customer support, non of the phone number works and no emails. The site is focusfinance.co.uk. SCAM!!!!

Everyone avoid these scammers they rang me again yesterday told me I had been approved for a loan then he said fill in the application to see if your approved I said hang on a minute you just said Iâve already been approved he did everything to avoid answering I said I will believe when I see the money in my account which they already had my details then he was banging on about a monthly subscription which you can cancel anytime which I thought was bull.I tried asking him questions which he couldnât answer and I got the impression he was getting pissed off with me just before he finished he said go to your inbox and fill the form their was no email in inbox or spam tried ringing today the number that rang me and you donât get through so take heed of what Iâve written please all

Somehow I've Been tricked into this subscription(think It was a loan I applied for).
They made it impossible to cancel
1.tried calling (number is dead)
2. Booked a call back(didn't call)
3.tried login in (no site found)
BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS they say they have 45.000 member which they and stole at least ÂŁ3.99 each
ABSOLUTE SCAM THEY HOOK YOU IN WITHOUT YOU EVEN KNOWING !!!!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional and aggressive behaviour
Mr Ash is the most unprofessional person I have come across in my 18 years career, he is all talk no walk. We end up lodging a FCA complaint against his aggressive behaviour. Donât have competency to deal with sophisticated cases, and his fee is exorbitant. Will advise to read the small prints carefully or better to avoid his services like the plague!

We are extremely disappointed to read your review. Our highest priority at Focus Finance is to provide our clients with excellent customer service. Your comments are very unfair as we delivered on our promises as per our service terms which you signed. We helped you achieve your objective of refinancing your investment property to a lower interest mortgage in order to pay off the bridge loan which helped you save thousands in interest as you were being charged high rate per month. However, when we invoiced you for our fees you refused to pay. We chased you for weeks until sending you the final demand notice for payment. When no payment was received, you left us no choice but to take legal action against you.

Ash provided an excellent service from start to finish. Always very prompt in responding and listens to my requirements as a customer instead of trying to push particular products as most brokers do.
10/10 and will continue to use for future bridging and mortgage requirements.
