Love the product. It really helps go forward with the health benefits it says. Diagnosed with diabetes and 3 months later my levels are great. Only a minor hiccup with fasting figures.

Excellent program it has truly helped me become more healthy and dull my sweet tooth cravings. (Never thought that possible!) great to read the messages from other participants on the program, very encouraging and lots of good advice. I have learnt lots about food, nutrition and my health. I have really enjoyed the support of a semi structured programme to follow. I have lost 1.5 stone and developed new habits that I know will help me in keeping on a path of healthy living. I've incorporated all the tools into my every day and am loving it.

I LOVE The Fast 800! I am 49 years old, have an underactive thyroid and a cancer survivor, 4 years post an aggressive stage 4 breast cancer. After my treatment I was given some guidance on how to live a cancer free lifestyle and was told to read a book. I had an integrative doctor sell me tons of vitamins with pages of advice. But it was so hard to integrate that. I picked up a lot of weight after treatment and kept gaining weight, which really scared me. So glad I chose the Fast 800. I am on week 4 of the 12 week programme and have already lost 5kgs out of a goal to lose 23kgs but not in a huge rush to reach that. But more than that the fasting gives my body a break, and the recipes are so quick, easy and delicious. Everything about this programme is perfect for health and for cancer survivors/ diabetes/ blood pressure issues etc etc. I really believe that oncologists and doctors should be recommending this programme to their patients. What's more the support and app is brilliant teaching you about weight loss and food etc as well as exercise. I will keep writing raving reviews because I never thought I would get the results I am getting and at the price I am paying £30 a month for the 12 weeks, that is so affordable, my weekly shopping is also affordable. I have been buying the Fast 800 vanilla and chocolate shakes for the past few years and find that they are convenient, tasty and filling. The shakes are easy to order and arrive quickly. I have never had any problems.

At my age and stage I was not sure I would ever be able to loose the 10+ kg that I wanted to. The Fast800 did it and it was enjoyable, meal prep simple and quick, no big long methods for cooking. The app is so user friendly, it organises everything for you. One thing that would be handy is when your new weeks meals get loaded that it is aware of the season your part of the world is in and you don’t get salads in winter. Otherwise love love love it. Really enjoy the strawberry shake , quick & easy knowing it will last you until dinner time . Lost over 2 stone just 1 more to go , love the taste I like it with almond milk 5 scoops quick whisk pour into my flask & off I go . Give it a try it’s worth every penny.

I like not having to count calories. All the recipes are delicious. I always lose weight when I follow the programme exactly. Great support too on the website.

My husband and I (mid-60s) have subscribed to The Fast 800 program now for five years. It is a wonderful and economical help towards lifestyle change and better health. With the cost of living now, we can avoid expensive exercise programs. We do the suggested work-outs every morning before work, and enjoying progress in strength and cardio fitness. We were following the menu plan (Keto), but not now, apart from some recipe ideas from time to time. While the menu plans offer great choice, we have found the Keto option not as low carb as it needs to be for ketosis, including beans, tofu, pumpkin and some fruit.

I love that the programme is based on robust science. I found the weightloss relatively easy and have lost 9kg so far. Once I learned to freeze leftover ingredients I found the recipes delicious and affordable. All the explanations and tips make this an effective and do-able experience. The meditations, exercise videos and recipes make it a complete package. I love it and hate to think where I would be without it.

I have been overwhelmed by the positive outcomes of my adoption of the Fast 800 I was hesitant to sign up - not wanting to be dictated to by an app But it’s not just an app it’s an incredible team who have taught me better nutrition inclusive exercise routines fantastic recipes for now and always and encouraged me to believe that engaging in mindfulness only improves your day

Decide to try the product again after a few years. So far tried the mushroom soup. It’s reasonable. And the strawberry. I’ll start by saying I just opened them within these 24 hrs. So unsure how it has effected me. The good point is the product has less bits in it than the last time meaning smoother on the pallet. Disappointments which are two so far. I bought 3 bags and none which I bought had a scoop in them like other products freely give. At any point I never saw this a requirement to buy, presuming that it was the same product where you used to get those scoops. The reseal simply doesn’t work on both the bags I’ve opened so far so suspect the next will be the same. So far I prefer my previous purchases of this product bits an all.

This programme is so much better than I ever expected. The best thing for me is the menu plans. If you follow the recipes you know you are getting everything you need for a healthy diet. There is s handy shopping list too and you can swap out recipes. I have cooked so many tasty dishes. Also like the training and coaching sections. I am on the fast keto 800 and have really appreciated understanding the science behind this approach. But the programme is so flexible and you can change to different food plans as you reach your goals to help maintain a healthy weight in future. I am a complete convert!

Have been following The Fast 800 plan now for 12 weeks and have managed to get back down to a weight I haven’t been for over 5 years.
I hate having to plan, shop and cook but this program takes all the stresses away with an excellent range of tasty filling food which is very easy to cook, even for someone who isn’t very good at it and dislikes cooking intensely, having been responsible for family cooking for the last 25 years!
The shopping lists are great. It’s easy to swap out recipes if you don’t like particular ingredients and the daily read explaining why it all works is very reassuring and motivating.
Also really like the exercise program that’s included as it’s easy to follow, doesn’t take up loads of time and helps you see progress.
It’s also easy to add in food extras for those in the family who don’t need to lose weight, so they get all of the benefits of the Mediterranean diet too.
All in all I absolutely love it…because it works.
Have been singing it’s praises to all of my friends.

It was the fact that the food was so tasty and easy to cook that I have been able to maintain my weight loss of 3 st. Fasting and eating a Mediterranean diet has become a way of life for me, I do occasionally lapse and have the odd upf meal or yoghurt but soon get back to normal? Fast 800 eating.
