I love the Fast 800 plan. I have been almost a lifetime dieter but I have found the Fast 800 to be most suited to my needs and lifestyle. The cost is so reasonable, just £3 a week and I feel you get such value for money with everything provided on the plan. I love the daily exercises which I can tailor to my physical capabilities. The coaches are very supportive and motivational and I even look forward to getting out of bed to start the day with them.
The diet plan and recipes based on the Mediterranean diet are amazing and I no longer struggle to think of what to cook. I am just working my way through the suggestions made. The plan even provides a comprehensive shopping list for the week's recipes.
The coaches provide weekly articles and information relating to the plan and a journal is also available for tracking progress.
I have found it very useful and encouraging to track my weight, BMI and body measurements and this inspires me to keep going!
I also love the Community Chats and support from other members and I would definitely encourage anyone to join this plan.

A complete change in lifestyle! Healthy eating and exercising has really made a difference to my life. The plan has been so easy to follow, the shopping list has made preparing for the week a breeze. I started in February and have a little way to go but have remained focused as the plan has been easy to follow.

The shakes I ordered were delivered on time and are good - easy to prepare and satisfying.

I have lost two stone using the programme, putting myself into a healthy BMI, my sleep is better, I have less aches and pains, so it’s easier to move around
I program has a very well rounded approach, with sciences based information, menu plans, lovely recipes, exercise plans, meditations. All supplied to suit individual requirements
I have maintained my weight loss for more than six months using the recipes and tools learned going through to my new weight.
I will at some point move towards further weight loss as this has been the most well rounded weight loss programme I have ever followed.

The Fast 800 transformed my life. I joined in 2020 and followed the diet and exercise regime for the 12 week programme with huge health benefits (lower blood pressure, reduced blood sugars, better skin and improved sleep). The exercise regime is superb and not onerous if you can find 30 minutes a day. The food plan helps to ensure balance and stops cravings. Go for it if you need to make a change.

The meals and recipes are very good and tasty, and a good way to introduce variety and guidance for portion control. However this programme is restricted to set menus and aside from them being expensive, offers no system to track users own attempts to embrace a healthier lifestyle.

The menus are interesting and varied, and it really helps not to have to think about what to cook/eat. These are fine for other members of the family as well. I use the exercise routines regularly as well and and mindfulness and additional information articles are also helpful.
This is a programme which can form the basis of healthy living in the long term which makes it sustainable.

This is the first weight loss programme that I have tried since being menopausal that has worked. My weightless progress is steady, the food is amazing, easy to prepare and cook and enjoyed by the whole family - they get additional carbs. It has taken me some weeks to get started with the exercises which accompany the programme but am really enjoying the challenge.

The Fast 800 initial programme is a 12 week weight loss package, that lets you choose from a wide range of options 5-2 days, or 7 days of 800 calories, and offers something for every kind of eating plan. It incorporates a range of delicious recipes from many cultures - and I speak as a foodie and cook - so the food is enjoyable. I feel a lot less hungry than I might expect. The food is calories counted for you as well, with a breakdown of macronutrients.
It also incorporates exercise programmes, which you need while dieting, and detailed information advice and support using the latest science. I like that whole programme is scientifically worked out and is not faddish or high risk. After the programme ends you can stay a member to transition away from the diet without putting on weight and stay on the healthy eating programme to avoid weight regain - which I know happens as I'm having to deal with that now. It may not be right for everyone but I love it

This is a fantastic plan on every level. Easy to understand and follow, lists compiled relevant to your chosen menu plan and you feel great, a massive psychological boost. You sleep better, your body works more efficiently regarding waste, you loose weight and become more energised. Brilliant all round.

Overall I’ve found the Fast 800 useful and I’ve managed more or less to work to achievable goals, particularly exercises and general advice. However, I find some of the meals a bit complicated and impracticable, especially at breakfast when you are actually trying to get on with your day rather than pulling out recipe books - and catering for other people at the same time who may have very different meal preferences/appetites. I’ve found myself more sticking with the general principles rather than following the ideas strictly. Also quite complicated to follow when your life involves a fair amount of eating out.

This program is the epitome of helping you to get to your desired weight with all aspects of support as well as providing you a way to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Since reaching my goal weight, my husband and I continue to use the weekly meal plans. The recipes are restaurant quality delicious and my hubby cooks and does the shopping because it is so easy, and the shopping list is compiled based on your meal plan and number of people you cook for.
The fast 800 gave me a new life. A happy and healthy one.

Been doing the on line plan since mid March. Found it easy to follow, great recipes, easy to swap things to suit tastes and science backed research. Lost over 2 stones and now on 5:2 to maintain. Helpful responses from admin staff and good exercise programme. Feel it has changed our eating habits and we have certainly not been hungry on the plan. Would recommend it to others. Good for health as well as weight loss, as blood pressure came down quickly and no longer at risk of pre diabetes.

I love the Fast800 programme and the app because they have actually done all the thinking so that I can just do the doing. I ha been carrying a couple of stones too much weight for so long and hadn't managed to lose it on my own. This programme and app is tailored to individual needs and wishes through a questionnaire and then it gives you all the steps you need to be able to get fitter and lose the weight. It's a whole new way of cooking (with loads of interesting ingredients and recipes) and it's not just about food, it's about your whole lifestyle. It plans out the week for you, gives you a printable shopping lists and helps with understanding portion sizes, exercise and motivation.
I really have found it very freeing!

Lots of research to back up the diet and lifestyle. Easy to follow the meal plans with flexibility to incorporate your own choices. Great advice and support available via the online community. Most importantly it works! I have been part of the Fast 800 for 3 years and have kept my target weight since my initial loss with very little effort. I pay a small monthly fee so that I can still use the recipes and the exercise plan. I have even used the app abroad whilst on holiday. There are also a good range of products such as meal shakes and supplements at a reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone who wants to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.

Your website is very good. I do not stick to the recipes but have printed out a few that I like and are easy.

I love this app.
It’s easy to use and offers a lot of resource for the money. The weekly plan creates a shopping list which makes following the plan easy- I save a lot of money sticking to my list which offsets the £12 fee 😉

The daily workouts are great.
You need to be disciplined and have willpower as ‘you’re on your own’ but if you enjoy cooking and are motivated to change, I highly recommend this plan.

The program is clear, the food yummy. The meals have great Zoe scores for me!
