Ordered the Loose set of "13 Star Wars Vintage unreleased custom figures", and "Jabba's Palace Leia" for $413.86 on July 16th, 2021. I only received the Leia in August 2022 after multiple inquiries. No answer ever since. Apparently, this company has done this to hundreds of people. And then, to see the figures being sold on eBay for a lot of money has left me very disturbed by the entire experience. How can the seller get away with this?

Chris Krahn is a scammer! Took my money and never provided anything the guy is a class 1 thief!

**This IS NOT for the London exhibit** This for the website and online dealer of vintage-style action figures. With that, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The operator of the site has been running a ponzi scheme for several years now. He collected my money for a PRE-ORDER of action figures. He claimed they were "shipping soon" in Nov 2020 and anyone that had an outstanding balance wouldn't be shipped product. This was all a lie to get me to send in my full payment which unfortunately I did. As of June 2023 he still hasn't sent me a single figure even though he apparently has 4 of the figures available. He will be happy to sell you those figures right now, but when it comes to paying his debt that isn't profitable so he doesn't send. He ignored my e-mails and has blocked me on social media. He will claim this was a crowd-funded project, it was not. He used the words "pre-order" and changed it after the fact so that he could give himself an out for his failures to deliver. He will lie about everything above. Go do research on this website and Chris Krahn on the internet. Search for "Chris Krahn TFSB", you will see my experience lines up with others.

We thought this was going to be an amazing exhibit, but was poor! It said it was going to be 1h long, it was like 20 min, and it was just a few figures on display. I would not go again.

Went to see the London version of this touring show and was deeply disappointed. It essentially a collection of toy figures and poorly made prop replicas and was tiny. I spent a total of ten minutes in the exhibit. Go to the sci-fi exhibit at the science museum instead, it’s much better.

If I could rate 0/5 stars I would!. This company owes me for nearly $500 worth of purchases, dating back to June 2020, with an original delivery schedule of early 2021. I have been in contact with them but am yet to receive any meaningful update & have had no reply for months. They also trade as SMITHLORDCreations on Etsy. Please avoid!

Buyer beware. Widely known scam company (AKA SmithLord Creations) owned by con-artist Christopher Lee Krahn (Homestead, PA) who has taken half a million dollars in payments for unlicensed Star Wars pre-order products and has not fulfilled customers’ orders even after nearly 3 years. If you been scammed by this company then file a legal complaint with Attorney General dot gov. The scammer’s last known address was 137 E 13th Ave, Homestead, PA 15120, USA.
