You can only cancel by calling them. They genuinely try to make the process as inconvenient as possible

The Hugo Spritz box is fantastic. This is my favourite drink of the summer. The curious drinker version is really lovely.

It didn’t take as long to cancel a subscription as I expected it to!
The website is vague about unsubscribing and when you eventually find it, you still have to ring a number to confirm cancellation Luckily Anna was both helpful and efficient and confirmed my subscription had been terminated by email immediately

Been buying a gin box every 3 months for some years. During this time I have received many interesting gins and mixers as well as lots of other little treats in each box. Keep up the good work!

Quick and easy, straight to the point, gave me some options but overall let me cancel with no hassle.

My order arrived in a very timely manner and the gin was excellent, I was recommended the trial and when cancelling my membership afterwards (by phone only) was helped by Anna to cancel my subscription and was even offered a great deal if I wished to remain with them. 5☆

Finding it almost impossible to contact Curious Drink since it has changed name from Craft Gin Club - phone number doesn't connect, website customer service messaging hangs on format of telephone number no matter how you try to input correct number and appears to be no direct way of contacting customer service otherwise. Is this company about to fold?

The recipes are very sugary and unhealthy..

Excellent customer service after my order was damaged. Got an immediate replacement sent with no quibbles . Absolutely delighted and hassle free.

Anna was very helpful on the phone and listened to me when I called to cancel my membership. I am slightly annoyed that I had to call to cancel and was unable to do it online or by email.

I have mixed reviews on this when I did finally manage to find a telephone number to ring to cancel my subscription Anna was very helpful and talked me through various options. However the fact you can't suspend delivery for a time of your choice easily on the website was a pain and having to ring to cancel was a nuisance so on one hand she was polite and helpful but I would have preferred the option to suspend indefinitely until I needed more- in the end it was easier to just cancel altogether due to this!

Dealt with my subscription cancellation promptly, although the long introductory message seems a little unnecessary.

I joined for a simple taster box, and within minutes, they automatically enrolled me in a recurring £47 subscription without clear disclosure. When I tried to resolve this, the customer service was a loop of automated stalling.
I placed an order on Wednesday 2nd June , and one full week later, it still hasn't even been handed to the courier, despite their support agents claiming it was 'moving through the system.' It’s a total failure of service. If you want to avoid a massive headache, don't touch this Curious Drinker brand.. it’s just a rebranded mess. I’ve had to go to my bank to force a chargeback just to get my postage money back. Save your money and buy your own bottles at the shop.

I appreciate the reply, but it fails to address the core issue: transparency. When a customer joins, the membership aspect should be glaringly obvious, not hidden in the fine print.
Furthermore, while you claim to be proud of your logistics, my order took nine days to arrive .. and only after I initiated a formal chargeback through my bank. If I hadn't taken that step, it is highly likely I would still be waiting. That is not reliable delivery!
that is a reactive service model. I am happy to have ended the subscription and look forward to spending my money with companies that value their customers time.
It’s clear from other reviews that I’m not the only one who struggled with the subscription trap. The difficulty in cancelling is clearly intentional, designed to keep people paying against their will. Transparency shouldn't be this difficult.
