100% Yes!
I ordered a variety of beautiful crystals and I wasn’t disappointed. First the packaging - very beautiful and all recyclable, including the outer box. Upon opening, I was greeted with a lovely smell and upon decanting the contents I found it was due to the incense stick. Each of my crystals came in a natural bag unlike many places where they are nylon mesh. I’m in love with all crystals I received and it was a great delight not only my eyes, but my sense of smell and also the fact that everything was organically package, and ethically sourced just ticked all the boxes for me. Beautiful! Would thoroughly recommend and will not hesitate to order again in the future. Thank you.

We received an email from you with this back in October regarding the concern of your shungite not being genuine, and we replied asking why you thought this. We haven't heard back from you and would be happy to reassure you that the Shungite you purchased from us is 100% genuine.
Our Shungite is sourced directly from a small independent miner in Russia.
We only source natural and untreated crystals/minerals as we are very strict on this.
We have followed up again on your previous email, and hopefully, we can resolve this matter.
We are a very understanding and helpful business, as you can see from our TrustPilot reviews, and we are here to share the beautiful and healing properties of our products with the world.

The best Crystal shop online.
I have to say this is one of the best Crystal sites I have ever come across.
So much variety, website is so easy to navigate. Fast delivery & the packaging is fantastic everything completely protected. & the finishing touches were most definitely a lovely surprise. This is now my go to website. My daughter's age 13 & twins age 10 are now asking for their own crystals & stones like Mums. I highly recommend it to all Crystal loving fans, this is the place you will find what you are looking for & more!

Ordered 2 of the candles with the…
Ordered 2 of the candles with the stones included. It was very messy trying to pry the crystals out of the set wax. Not great as the presentation was awful and it was embarrassing to gift a candle that didn't look new. Wouldn't order from this company again. Not very helpful.
Also being called 'mate' in the email correspondence isn't professional.

Firstly, we are so sorry you feel we aren't helpful. We have been replying to you all over the Christmas period, even when we are announced as "closed". As you can see from our reviews, we are renowned for our 'excellent' customer service.
Taking the above into account, we have NEVER called a customer 'mate'. This was clearly a typo in our correspondence, where we are trying to help with the situation. I'm sorry that the typo happened, and referring back to our correspondents, we have apologised for this there also.
With regards to the candles, we are very confused... The candles are all presented with 2 crystals on top which are set within the wax. If you were gifting these candles, they should be given with the crystals still secured.
Obviously, removing the crystals is something that has to happen before burning and naturally does take away from the aesthetic of the candle. However, once the initial burn happens this will correct any impression in the wax from the crystal.
We hope this make sense.

Candles are huge and smell divine! Such good value as are the wax melts which are chunky and full of fragrance - my whole house smells amazing! Will deffo buy again

It probably sounds over the top but I was honestly blown away by my recent order from The Crystal Company. Everything was beautifully packaged and presented and it just felt like a really nice experience opening everything. One of the few companies I buy from…
One of the few companies I buy from regularly. Alex and Terry provide a wonderful atmosphere on their lives alongside the vast amount of unique, rare and high quality crystals.
Nothing is ever too much or a bother for them and they will always help you in any way they can whether it’s a question about a particular crystal or sending you videos to help you to choose.
The website is full of beautifully photographed crystals - photos are all detailed allowing you to get a very informed idea of each crystal when choosing which to buy and these are accompanied by a wealth of information on each the crystals.
Shipping is quick and always packaged beautifully.
The crystal company’s Instagram feed is always a joy to look at and the new loyalty scheme is brilliant!
