Phoenix Candle Company Limited Omdömen

It's been a while since I purchased an event box from Charlotte and Ant, but if I'm going to then it's always the Samhain box!

Everything in it is of the usual high quality that I've come to expect from this company, and Charlotte was kind enough to switch the cute bath bomb (which I can't use because I have a wet room rather than a bathroom) for a candle holder in my favourite colour, but we kept all the other goodies as are. The tea smells absolutely delicious - as does the spray!

As always, everything is packed safely, and beautifully presented, and my order arrived quickly. As always, 10 out of 10 for quality, customer support, and postage!

The candles and presentation of the box is beautifully done and easy to use as put in order

Absolutely amazing products and service.
The products are beautiful, packaged beautifully and never a problem with delivery.
Absolutely amazing value for money my daughter looks forward to receiving her order every time

Quick delivery, well presented great candles.

Great candles, lovely colours and arrived on time too. Thank you.

Lovely smells from these sprays I’m currently using the Beltane spray and it’s a lovely fragrance not too overpowering which I like

Beautiful candles arrived fast..thank you

I ordered a selection of beeswax spell candles and was genuinely impressed with the quality. You can tell they’re carefully handcrafted, and they burn cleanly with a lovely natural scent. The attention to detail is fantastic, and they add a really special touch to my space. Delivery in the UK was smooth, and everything arrived well packaged. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Beautiful website. Product was as shown. Lots of additional information to support the Ostara pack. Fast delivery. Really pleased!

It is obvious these beautiful candles were made with love. The personal touches on the packaging made me feel like I was being given a gift rather than paying for a product. The colours are beautiful and I'm almost reluctant to use them. I appreciate the effort phoenix Candle company has gone to to make my purchase extra special. 🥰

The order was easy to place, I was kept informed of the expected delivery date and time, and the package was received in very good order and on time. It all looks lovely and appears beautifully presented although it is a present for someone so I cannot comment on how easy it is to work with the contents (candle making kits).

Absolutely fantastic service. Spoke to Charlotte about my tracking ( my phone was being a bugga).
The candles are beautifully made and packaged. I will be using this fantastic company again ✨️🥰😁

Super! Easy to use website, postage was quick and well packaged. Top quality candles 🖤

Beautiful candles in gorgeous packaging. Thank you!

I order a box of candles. They came fast and they are amazing.

I have severe asthma and your candles always meet my spiritual practice needs. I’ll continue to replenish from you guys so long as you stay open! My dog got into candles from a previous order of yours and I’m happy your ingredients are natural! Thank you!

Great products. Very accommodating and excellent customer service.

I’ve always liked Phoenix candle company for their exceptional quality and stunning designs. My latest purchase, however, gave me mixed feelings.

This time, I chose a dressed candle, beautifully adorned with dried herbs. The visual appeal is undeniable; it creates a warm, inviting ambiance. However, I quickly noticed that the flame burns much larger than expected due to the herbs, making it impractical and a bit concerning for safety.

I love the candles that Phoenix Candle Company makes. The packaging is sturdy and the candles are always delivered safely (I order a lot!!!). The accompanying notes and advice are valuable for novices, intermediate and advanced practitioners (we can all learn something new!). One of my all time favourite brands.
