5 Stars
5 Stars! Quick delivery, good quality packaging with a personal written thank you message.
The stones are good quality, you can tell straight away that they are genuine. I had been going through a tricky time when I bought 4 Crystals, there was an additional 5th crystal in my box that was really relevant to what I was going through, it was quite eerie but comforting as I didn’t know of this specific crystal.

Svar från The Crystal Company
Dear Cassey,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed, we want to reassure you — and anyone reading — of our unwavering dedication to authenticity, integrity, and care in all we do.
We take accusations of "fake" crystals very seriously, as it goes against everything The Crystal Company stands for. Each and every one of our pieces is carefully sourced, tested, and handled with the utmost respect for the Earth and our customers. We personally conducted our gemstone verification tests following your concern, and every result confirmed that the Rose Quartz and Amethyst were 100% genuine and untreated, as are all our crystals.
Nonetheless, we deeply honoured your feelings and processed a full refund upon return — despite the items being tangled and one arriving chipped, which rendered them unsellable. We prioritised your satisfaction and responded promptly and professionally throughout.
We are proud to stand by our sourcing process, our ethics, and our intention to support healing through nature’s true gifts. While we understand not every experience aligns for every soul, we do wish you all the best on your healing journey.
Warmest wishes,
Alex & The Crystal Company Team 🤍

The vibrations I feel from it are reassuring that the crystals are ethically sourced, which is very important to me. Thank you thank you thank you 😊
