I love these guys

Delivery continually a problem
Product is fine, good value and a more sustainable option than anything else I’ve found, but delivery is an issue every time. This time I got a ‘we missed you’ note through the door at about 8am, when I was in. Nobody rang the bell. Another time I got a delivery slot of a whole day, I waited around and nothing turned up. I had to rebook via Royal Mail/Post Office on another day then drive to a collection point and queue for 20 minutes. Product is great, delivery is awful.

We do our best to have a fast turnover, within 48 hours however, we do ask to allow up to 7 days for orders to be delivered! Please do note we are unable to control deliveries once they are with the courier as Royal Mail have a universal service agreement to the designated recipient.
Based on customer feedback last year, we transitioned to using Royal Mail as customers reported they preferred Royal Mail over other courier services as they have greater trust through knowing their local postal officers.

Did experience blockages and faff cancelling subscription BUT fantastic customer service so worth trying.
*Updated to 5 stars a few days later due to fantastic customer service. Quick to respond, friendly representative (Tom) and full refund offered. Fabulous. Would consider using again now.

Weighing up the actual paper and ease of cancelling the subscription has resulted in this 3* review.
I was very pleased with the packaging as don't buy other toilet paper companies' take on needing to individually wrap each roll. Cheeky Panda was cheaper when comparing too, although the rolls do seem considerably smaller (I'm not sure if they're more condensed though).
In terms of use, the paper felt nice and didn't tear annoyingly like some other brands, but after a while of using we experienced more blockages than we've ever had before. We live in a semi-urban area and have normal sewerage systems/pipes, so it must be that the paper was simply too thick. We started to think we might need Aquablast on speed dial!
At this point, even despite the more frequent blockages, I would have given 3.5-4*. However, it was a bit of a pain to cancel the subscription, so 3* seems fair. I work in marketing and website development/am tech savvy, so it's not my ignorance, it was just faffy; I had to go to the help section, then to a separate 'manage subscription' portal and once on there it still wasn't as easy as it could have been. The 'cancel subscription' button is too small too and it's just not a great user journey, which has put me off ordering again to be honest.
Overall, worth a try if you own a decent plunger/don't have many curries AND don't mind wasting more time than necessary if you ever need to cancel your subscription.

We are really glad you liked our packaging and toilet paper but are very sorry to hear that you have had this experience with blockages.
We have conducted disintegration tests for our toilet paper sheets and they have all passed the test, dissolving in approx 6.75 seconds, however, this can differ based on the plumbing systems, age, and so forth!
Although our products are biodegradable, we do recommend that if your current plumbing cannot handle toilet paper to not dispose of our toilet roll sheets down the drain.
Again I am very sorry to hear your experience with our product and our customer service team will be happy to resolve this issue for you as well as managing your subscription.

I've been buying Cheeky Panda toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels for over 2 years and they feel and work great. And I absolutely love that their packaging uses no plastic. On my most recent order, I accidentally had the wrong shipping address listed (the Shop pay app that I used had changed my default address for some reason), and the Cheeky Panda customer service was super responsive and got my order re-routed before it shipped. I continue to be very satisfied.

Tiny rolls compared to other brands like naked sprout
Quick delivery but the rolls are tiny…. I used to order my rolls from naked sprout and didn’t like the brown colour so decided to try cheeky bamboo. At around the same price, the rolls are almost a third smaller (although they are a bit softer and thinner). The size of the 24 rolls boxes says it all - the naked sprout took much more space in my pantry and cheeky bamboo. I think the online comparison table between brands (cheeky panda vs naked sprout vs we don’t give a vrap) is misleading as it’s not like for like

Our rolls are an average of 200 sheet which is actually bigger than a standard roll. Our retail competitors range from 160-190 sheets.
The reason ours look small is because we remove all the air from between the layers of sheets - this is so we can shrink the size of our packages and in turn lower our carbon footprint. The smaller they are due to removal of air, the more we can fit on our transport!
We are aware that some competitors do offer "double rolls" however, this is not a product we have on offer and is a not part of the standard roll sizing.
