Good Experience.

Good price. Delivery right about when they said (it was Easter) and I didn’t pay extra. Everything I ordered all in one delivery and in good condition.

Service second to none

Huzi was extremely helpful as always, he guided me with a specialised people counting camera and even offered help to help programme the camera.

FIrst class expert advice and customer service

I was looking for a reliable online supplier to help me upgrade my existing cctv solution with Hikvision gear. I emailed a few places with my questions and only one ( The CCTV Store) took the time to respond to my technical questions and assist me in the making the right choices.

The advice I got from Huzi was extremely helpful and ensured I don’t make any costly mistakes. The assistance was professional , fast and an absolute credit to the company as this is what differentiates suppliers.

Excellent customer service and I’m already anticipating buying more compatible items as a result of the great buying experience, fast shipment and excellent support.
