Friendly staff who made us welcome and answer the queries we had. Helped us to sort out all the paperwork in no time. Highly recommend this place.
Olly also offered to fill the tank for us to drive it back, which was a nice gesture.

I would recommend The Car Way to anyone, I bought my Golf GTE 2 months ago and so far so good no isseus or anything. they got me the best possible finance deal and even offered me the extended warranty at a very low price.

First time buyer from The car way
First time buyer from The car way. We travelled from south lakes for a Qashqai 4x4. Absolutely fabulous service, plenty of time given to look at the car with no one looking over your shoulder. Iman was great at sorting paperwork quickly and efficiently even sorted the tax out. Typical woman I wasn't too happy with the valet but Iman didn't hesitate to offer money off for another velet to be done. Would highly recommend, and when we should need another car will certainly go back. Thank you one happy motorist.

Amazing service from the start to finish, I was looking for Fiat 500 and they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock so Iman helped me to find the one that I wanted and sorted my finance out with the lowest possible rate.
Will definitely come back to buy my next car from them and would strongly recommend The Car Way.

Bought a Ford Focus of them back in September and had a couple issues with it so called the company and even tho my 30 days warranty was finished they did everything in their power to sort my issue out.
Will definitely recommend them and will buy my car from here.

VW Golf GTI MK7
I brought a VW Golf GTI in Nov 2022 and we are now in March 2023 and im looking to sell the car. Considering the cost of the car to only get 1 months warranty was not a good start then 1 month later drivers side wheel started to smoke and turns out i needed new rear pads, discs & Calipers on both sides which wasnt picked up in the mot just before the car got delivered to me. Since buying the car ive had the car in the garage almost the same amount of time that ive been driving it and now to top it off there keyless entry needs fixing and that now needs to be repaired, shall not be buying a car from The Car Way again

When you purchased the vehicle from us we have made you aware of the 30 days warranty that comes with every vehicle that we sell and we even offered you extended Nationwide RAC warranty which you rejected. You did not make any contact to our aftersales team to make them aware of the issue that you had so how would you expect us to be able to help or sort something out when we are not aware of the issue!!
We wish you would have take couple minutes to call us so we could help like we did with every other customer as our priority is to keep our customers happy.
