I bought a pallet truck and collected it a day late, which was apparently enough for them to insult me.

The item is faulty and cannot be used. It has a tag with an additional sticker on it, which makes me suspect I was knowingly given a faulty item.

Not only did I waste two hours driving there, plus petrol and the Dartford Crossing charge, but I now also have to deal with disposing of the faulty item.

Very disappointing experience. Not recommended.

We use this auction house regularly, very honest family run auction with people that actually care about their customer's.

I have been using G J Wisdom's for over 14 years in all that time service has been second to none. Due to the nature of the business they get a great variety of stock and if you are lucky great value for money. Have never had an item mis-described.

I have been buying from this auction house for more than 7 years. And in general, for over 20 years I am disabled so the collection could be an issue. However never once have I been disappointed with their courtesy and more importantly their absolute fairness and Honesty in their accurate descriptions of merchandise on offer. I would not unsurprisingly normally wish to create more competition for myself by applauding their virtues. But we have relocated to "oop norf " and are very happy but unless some unfortunate Northern / Midlands company goes under its bit of a journey. So time to say Good by. Thank you

Don’t trust this Company, I register and pay money from my Bank and bid on the lots. They then cancelled my bids and sold goods to their friends at lower prices.
