The Carpet Cleaning Company Omdömen

I just wanted to say thank you and that James has just finished cleaning the carpets and I am absolutely delighted with the results. James was very professional and friendly. I will highly recommend your Company.

The gentleman who carried out the carpet clean was very helpful and communicated well with me . The carpet looks like new again so will definitely use this company again. The price was very reasonable ; cannot recommend them enough.

I am so happy to recommend The Carpet Cleaning Company. Their communication is brilliant, even when I kept finding more and more things to be added to be cleaned after the initial quote. Niamh had endless patience. Neil who came to clean anything that was stationary in my house must be the hardest working man in the country. He worked solidly for hours and obviously takes great pride in his work. Neil also told me a couple of things that wouldn't come up much different and so rather than simply washing it he saved me money and said they weren't in the job to rip people off. Also some other companies I spoke to in the past wanted meterage of rooms etc. The Carpet Cleaning Company don't need you to expend that level of mind maths! Thank you again.

Great service. Bang on time. Very professional and went the extra mile. Carpet looks great especially considering how bad it was. Thank you so much

I am a repeat customer. I received excellent service on their first visit, so I booked again and I was not disappointed.
The technicians are lovely, professional people who do a thorough job and make sure their client is happy before they leave.
Niamh and the office staff are always promptly on hand for queries if there is an unexpected hiccough.
There is plenty of after care advice and the prices are very reasonable.
I’d be mad to look at another company … and no, I have no incentive to write this review other than flagging exemplary service.

We hired The Carpet Cleaning Company to perform urgent carpet cleaning across our large building. They arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and demonstrated flexibility to meet our specific requirements and schedule. Throughout, they remained courteous, polite, and professional, inspiring confidence in their service.

From the initial consultation, the experience was pleasurable. After agreeing a very reasonably priced carpet cleaning for my 93 yr old parents , the work they carried out was exceptional.
I will definitely use them again.

It was a pleasure to meet Neil. He did a fantastic job with a smile

We've had a great experience with The Carpet Cleaning Company!
Timely, efficient, and thorough - they relayed all the information about the upcoming clean, and sent a reminder that they were coming on the date & time we agreed, which was really handy too.
The pricing is also fantastic, so I am very happy to recommend them.

I have just had my carpets cleaned and was surprised at how easy it was to organise. I received a price back very quickly and was booked in for a time that suited me the following week. They turned up on time and was polite and most importantly, did an amazing job, getting rid of make-up stains and coffee stains.

I used The Carpet Cleaning Company for the first time because I wasn't convinced that my usual carpet cleaning company were being thorough enough, and I was right.
