Do not trust this group.
Promised to MOT the car before sale, left with them all day but not done. My trade in was worth more than the car that I bought so they promised to pay it into my account within 5-7 days.
It’s now 12 days and they will not answer the phone or respond to my emails bar a promise that someone will ring..but they didn’t.
My son-in-law is a lawyer so I’ll be putting it in his hands to chase the money.

AVOID THEM THEY ARE A BAUNCH OF THIEVS .LIERS AND NON PROFESIONAL PEOPLE ! Recently I bought a Porsche Cayenne from them they told me the car is been serviced all ready to go no longer 30 minutes after I left the car group facilities the. Engine check light came on and
The warming for low oil came on I hade to stop and top up oil after a few days the car ease
T locking eny more sunroof wasn’t opening properly and the oxygen sensors need to be change it had to sent the car back to them and after 2 weeks steel not ready plus who ever fix the car scratched my door panel. If they would be last in uk I would never buy from them thieves again I hade to sent the cat to a garage to do some repair and we agree I pay the garage and they pay me 2 months now and nothing yet They are a bought of thieves I will report th to all car groups In uk so people know and don’t be fooled they say the do service for free lies they never change the oils

The room was quite hectic and busy, lots of people back and forth, but I spoke to Diana and she went through my car documents with me, so it was a more pleasant experience.

Took my car for a MOT ( only had the car 3weeks) I was left waiting in the reception for 4hours..when booking nobody told us it was a all day job or I would of made alternative arrangements ,will not return .and would not recommend 😡
