Great price on a beautiful product. I bought multi-level earrings that you have part hanging in front of the ear and part hanging in back. They are lovely quality and I get lots of comments on them.

Une catastrophe
Une catastrophe. J’avais commandé 2 kimonos. J’en ai reçu 2 mais un seul était le bon. J’ai contacté la marque par mail, ils m’ont dit qu’ils me renvoyaient le bon kimono et que je pouvais garder celui que j’ai reçu par erreur (beaucoup trop grand malheureusement). Ils m’ont renvoyé un article qui n’avait absolument rien à voir avec ma commande (et encore trop grand). Mais pour finir ils ont accepté de me rembourser l’article manquant. Donc malgré leurs graves soucis de livraison, ils ont assuré le SAV, je ne suis pas restée sans réponse à mes mails de réclamation. C’est déjà ça… mais je ne commanderais plus chez eux.

The exact same thing has happened to me.
I’ve sent two kimonos back as they were just really poor quality for the price. Spent a fortune on tracked postage approx £15 and have heard nothing from the company. Have sent two emails which have both been ignored. Feels like I’ve been scammed. Not a nice feeling. Please don’t buy from this company.

Very disappointed scam?
Ordered items seen on advert, Kimono material was cheap and bag much smaller than in photos.
Returned both items which they say you have to pay for tracked to Spain and pay any taxes due on it (to put people off returning items) when in fact you only have to pay taxes over £100.
Paid for tracked delivery (£14) and Royal Mail tried to deliver and said no one was in?
No one answering to my messages or emails.
Scam company - very disappointed

Finger weg
Kaufabwicklung und Versand ok, hat etwa 12 Tage gedauert. Nur leider hat der Kimono nichts mit dem zu tun, den ich im Internet bestellt hatte. Er sollte khaki mit Gold sein, doch das Gold sind in echt braune Flecken. DerKimono ist einfach nur hässlich. Realität und Bild klaffen weit auseinander. Nicht von den Bilder blenden lassen!!

Leider sehr sehr schlechte Qualität
Leider sehr sehr schlechte Qualität. Ich habe 3 Wochen auf meine Lieferung gewartet. Nur um dann einen Kimono zu erhalten, der aussieht als ob ich ihn bei Wish bestellt hätte. Die Farben haben total von den Bildern im Internet abgewichen, der Stoff war minderer Qualität. Für diesen Preis echt eine Frechheit. Ich habe ihn direkt entsorgt, da ich für die Rücksendung fast 40.- Schweizer Franken bezahlt hätte und nun im Internet gelesen habe, dass viele Kunden immer noch auf ihre Rückerstattung warten. Nie wieder!

Habe am 4.3.23 mehrere Teile bestellt und sofort bezahlt. Seit dem 7.3.23 hängt die Lieferung nun angeblich irgendwo fest und es tut sich nichts. Trotz 2 maliger Anmahnung über Mail werde ich nur vertröstet.
Schlechter Service!!!
Ich warte noch 2 Tage, dann werde ich mein Geld über Paypal zurückfordern!
