Comprehensive fitness/wellness/of app for preggers
I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and have been looking for an app that can prepare me for my labor. I’ve always been a gym rat and a workout video connoisseur (since early YouTube days before 2010) and have no problem working out at the gym or virtually. But as I’m nearing my due date I wanted more emphasis on strengthening my pelvic floor and core in a safe way while learning modifications for some of the strenuous strength/HIIT workouts. I am very pleased that the Bloom Method seems to combine both. I was also blown away to hear the CEO leave me an audio reply to a question I posed via their coaching service. They have a one-week trial for those who want to check it out before committing to the program. I signed up for a trial and will be continuing as a member! Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommended!!

STAY AWAY! The Bloom Method is a predatory company that profits off of unethical and illegal subscription practices.
They auto renewed the annual subscription without warning or consent.
Why does Bloom Method force their customers to stay customers another year by tricking them into an unwanted auto renewal? If the service was good, shouldn't we want to renew? Either way, the choice should be ours.
Even if Bloom Method did follow all the legal subscription practices and required consents (which they didn't), they shouldn't try and profit off of how busy, forgetful, and overwhelmed new moms are. If it truly was our fault, and we forgot to cancel, then why is money more important than serving their customers?
There's a reason there's many reviews just like this one...
If you are reading this, and in the same situation, call your bank and file a chargeback. Your bank will return the money since these practices are illegal.
The classes itself are decent (good not great), but the customer service is horrendous.

Best App for Motherhood
Love Love Love this program. It’s hands down the best and their postnatal program has been recommended to me by both my doctor and my pelvic floor PT. I feel stronger after 2 babies than I did pre-baby. Love the energy of all the coaches, the workouts are HARD, and Brooke and Kerry’s cueing with the core and pelvic floor Is the best I’ve ever experience. Thanks ladies, you’re the best!

I absolutely love this app
I absolutely love this app. I started using it during my first pregnancy and I’m still a member 4 years later during my 3rd pregnancy. I have tried other subscription apps and this one is hands down the most thorough and the coaches and workouts are amazing. Not only can I count on this app to keep me feeling strong during my pregnancy but I have never felt stronger after pregnancy. Their core and pelvic floor programs are amazing and my pelvic floor PT also loves this app. You can’t go wrong with Studio Bloom. I’m so grateful I found this app during my first pregnancy.

Signs you up as a recurring charge
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. As several others have reported, the service signs you up a recurring customer without adequate notice. There aren't adequate payment reminders at all. The charges show up on your paypal as a vague "streaming subscription" charge. You have no way to tell if you have this charge still going on. I am out of $667 over the last almost two years! FIND ANOTHER SERVICE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF DEALING WITH THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Strict No Refund Policy
I enjoyed the program while I used it but personally feel really hurt by their policy of no refunds so will no longer use their platform or recommend it. I signed up and paid for 1 years worth of the program January 2023. I did not opt for the month to month, to save money. So when I paid a year in full. That’s what I thought I signed up for. I did not realize it was a subscription. I was charged again for a full year January 2024. I immediately contacted customer service and asked for a refund. Sadly, they refused due to their strict no refund policy. They also said they sent me reminders but I did not see them. I honestly enjoyed their program and have nothing negative to say about it.. it’s just disheartening because we’re a one income family, struggling to afford bills/food at the moment and our baby we had in September sadly has had unexpected health complications. It’s been a really stressful last 4 months on our family emotionally and financially. So seeing another charge of $168 and being told they wouldn’t refund felt extremely inconsiderate and hurtful. Mistakes happen. If I signed up for a subscription, I did not realize that. I fully understand they will respond to my review that this was my mistake. So I will take it as a lesson learned but I felt it was needed to write a review since their program is targeted to moms in the busyness of life. Please consider changing this policy for your customers… especially when we contact right away when we see the pending charge. Still hoping they can make this right and give our family an exception.

HIGHLY Recommend from a Mom X2
The Bloom Method has been a crucial platform for not only my fitness journey while pre/postnatal but also and incredible asset to my mental health while on this journey. With now having two babies with The Bloom Method (first baby postpartum platform use @ 2 years PP and second Pre and Postnatal use), I am certain that my recovery and birth would not have been as incredible without the guidance of Studio Bloom and their team. They ensure you understand the importance of the foundations and ensure you that they are a crucial piece of the ENTIRE journey within the app as well as in our daily life.
Now, nearing 2.5 years postpartum with my second, I find myself still opening the app to workout for the knowledge they provide, incredible workouts and the ease to do them, anywhere, from the app on my phone.
They are always adding new content and creating new programs and they even have an in app community board that allows for us Mom's to ask questions and relate to one another! Another added perk that has been a huge asset is the one-on-one coaching that is there for their subscribers!
Lastly, unlike other subscription services I have come across, they are VERY transparent with their recurring charge terms and cancellation policies as they are clearly listed on the page where you enter in your information. No secrets!
Will continue to use and recommend The Bloom Method to my friends and family!

I stopped using the app because I kept injuring my left hip while doing the workouts. Eventually switched to belly dance workouts instead. I haven't used the app in 7+ months (baby's age). I thought I had cancelled my subscription, but recently found a $240 charge on my card. When I requested a refund, they refused.

- There was no reminder email before the charge. In fact, I was charged $240 for a $120 subscription, without warning or explanation. When I asked for a refund, you refused.
- The phrasing of your entire reply is placing blame on the customer. I hope you'll eventually see that this is not a good business practice.
- I started with the "start here" program that was recommended by your founder when I asked in the forum. There was no warm-up in this program. It was a difficult program from the start. I'm a ballet dancer from an early age, and a relatively fit person. Whether you can take this feedback to improve your business, or continue to blame your customers is up to you.
- It is extremely interesting that after your customer tells you they've injured themselves while doing your workouts, your response is to criticize their choice of workout that they felt more comfortable with.

I signed up for a free trial. Their platform doesn't work as advertised. I reached out to get clarity on why the platform didn't work as advertised. They acknowledged that it didn't work as advertised, extended my free trial. I was charged for a year, without realizing the charge would go through. I reached out as soon as I realized and they have refused to provide a refund.
They are scamming pregnant mamas and want to trick people into paying instead of providing a resource that people actually want to pay for :(

I’ve been doing these exercises for over 5 years now. (When my local gym closed)I’m 60 years of age and have not only managed to lose weight but have also kept it off by doing these exercises regularly. It has helped my mental health too and through the menopause.i actually enjoy working out now it’s not a chore.I make them as challenging as I want.
Watch for hidden charges
Bloom Young signed me up for their $15/month elite membership without my knowledge. I found the charge by luck on my PayPal account. It's a decent service, but I'll go to the YMCA and pay their fee before this service.

Unethical company
Although I enjoyed the plan when pregnant I cannot recommend this company for their terrible customer service. I understand their policy is no refunds but find this completely opposite to what they claim to be 'a company who empowers and supports women'. I must of missed the renewal email and of a fee of 240 dollars that is a huge amount of money which currently I cannot afford to lose while on maternity leave. I explained my situation to the team within 1 hour about how I would be struggling to buy food this month for my family due to this and was offered no sympathy or even partial refund, which I understand (and have experienced) most companies large and small will do so even if it is not in their policy.
I feel that this company is just money hungry and has no care for its customers. Knowingly refusing refunds for a struggling new family is morally wrong and from reviews I have now read realise they repeatedly do this with no morals.
I highly suggest this company reconsiders its refund policy as I would of been a returning customer at some point when more financially stable. Unfortunately the attitude to their customers is just to morally wrong.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I was hours from cancelling the trial membership and had just missed it. They persisted that there was nothing they could do for me in refunding the charge. It's not that they can't, they won't. There are several companies I do business with just because of their prioritization of customer service. This one is definitely not that, I think today more than ever, some flexibility is a requirement to run a successful company, and being able to look at a situation case by case. I would not recommend.
refund policy is bogus
I mostly loved the Bloom method for my prenatal and postpartum core and pelvic floor strength, though I was told more Barre classes would be uploaded, as those were my favorites and there are only ten and no more were ever added. The classes really did help, however, and I hate to have to write such a bad review after the fact. Unfortunately, I was automatically subscribed to an additional year of the program, $240, which at this time, 9 months postpartum, I do not need. The reminder email went into my promotions folder, which I do not check. Bloom refused to refund me. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, because as we all know as post partum working moms, life gets hectic, and two reminders in an inactive Gmail folder is not sufficient. The fact that there is no wiggle room missed cancellation deadlines like this is WILD. This policy needs to change.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! Illegal subscription practices. The worst, most unsupportive customer service ever. I cancelled my subscription on the website, was unable to access content (therefore reasonably believing it had been cancelled) and continued to be charged for months. Then, I was told by customer service that it was the customer's responsibility to ensure subsequent receipt confirmation of cancellation email, and was denied a refund. Hello, it's 2022. Websites can track and verify user activity, and the general standard of customer service is way better than what Bloom has to offer. This is NOT a supportive platform for mamas.
Reason for my cancellation? I injured my shoulder/back in my second trimester in one of the weight classes. Physically and financially a net-negative experience.
